Note: *Operation Shift inchager will fill this checklist
*Checking will be carryout in every shift before start any process,if process is continue from last shift, inspection will be done after that
*Any issue will reported immediately to site in charge, HOD operation, Maintenance in charge & HOD maintenance.
* Minor issues can be resolved by Operation team, after consulting site in charge or maintenance team.
