DGQA.
2. Test severities mentioned are as per JSS 55555:2012 (Rev. No. 3), and cannot be relaxed.
However, the same are liable to be made more stringent, if so indicated by operation / storage conditions
specified by User, or equipment capability specified by manufacturer.Technical Specifications of of Tactical
Visual Wireless Data Module(TVWDM) are yet to be received, and changes in test conditions / severities
may ensue on scrutiny of the same.
3. Performance checks will be carried out before and after each Environmental test. Tests constituting
the Performance checks will be finalised after vetting of draft ATP submitted by the firm.
4. Dummy samples of sealed equipment may be used for Mould Growth and Corrosion (Salt) tests,
these tests being applicable only to components and finishes located outside the seal.
5. Separate functional sample may be used for Tropical Exposure test.
6. Sequence of tests as tabulated above is inviolate, and no deviation will be accepted.
7. In case of any failure, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), duly mentioning methodology / QC tools used,
and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) will be provided by Manufacturer. In case CAPA necessitates
any changes to documentation provided as per JSS 025, amended/updated document(s) will be submitted.
8. Rejection criteria (No. of failures against which rectification and retrials permitted) shall be
mentioned in mutually agreed ATP, which will be provisionally approved before commencement of
evaluation.
