MINUTES OF THE SESSION:
A. INVOCATION
- A prayer was led by Annabelle Talaña
B. CALL TO ORDER
The Session was called to order by Punong Barangay Irwin M. Ancheta at 2:00 in the afternoon who
continued to preside over the session.
C. ROLL CALL
The presiding officer asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, all the BADAC members
were present quorum was declared.
D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION
The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous Session. As there
were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then approved.
E. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. Composition of BADAC members.
B. BADAC Chairman, Irwin M. Ancheta presented the new composition of BADAC of Brgy. Dean
Leopoldo Yabes, Siait, Ilocos Sur.
C. The Chairman asked the cooperation of all the members again to continue monitoring to maintain
this barangay as a drug free barangay.

D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS SESSION
The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the minutes of the Previous Session. As there
were no questions or objections raised the minutes was then approved.
E. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. The BADAC Chair asked the members to report cited problems if any. Reynaldo Del
Rosario said that there were single motorcycles roaming around in Purok Villa Flores
during late at night. The Chairman will instructed the Barangay Tanods to Conduct
patrolling.
B. The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council Chairman told to the members that monthly
meeting will be every 3rd Saturday f the month.

E. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS
A. The BADAC Chairman informed to the members that a proposed Barangay Ordinance No.
002 - Series of 2024 an “Ordinance Prohibiting store owners to sell intoxicating drinks and
cigarettes to minors” was enacted by the Brgy. Council and copy of which was already
forwarded to the Sangguniang Bayan for its approval.
B. Mr. Adonis Albano Head Teacher of DLYMES agreed to the said ordinance as he noticed
that some minors are smoking already.
C. That the Chairman also annouced that the celabration of our Patron St. Peter will be
onFebruary 22, 2024 and encouaraged everyone to participate

A. The BADAC Chairman informed that Barangay DLY will be having Brgy. Fiesta on the 3 rd week of May
2024 in relation to this there will be different activities such as such as basketball tournament and other ball
games in order to get the attention of the youths and preventing them from vices. All members are willing to
support the said activities.

any illegal activities within the barangay. Jocelyn Mangoba revealed that some minors still roaming around
especialy during curfew hours. The Chief Tanod Rodel Ines will make an action to this concern.

of illegal drugs by the joint elements of PDEA and PNP this will give the barangay dissapointment. So he encourages
all the members to give extra efforts in monitoring all illegal activities within the barangay and to immediately report to
the authorities.
