A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE DESIGNATION OF MARK EJ CALARAMO
PAJARDO AS CHILD REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SAN ROQUE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
“WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 839 (5), and 395 (a) of the Local Government Code, the power of
appointment as Punong Barangay and is subject to the approval by the majority of the members of the
Sangguniang Barangay;
“WHEREAS, the designation of Mark Ej Calaramo Pajardo as Child Representative of the Barangay
Council for the Protection of Children of Barangay 4 Santa Maria, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, were presented
to the Sangguniang for confirmation;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Viernes duly seconded by Hon. Foronda, with the concurrence
of all the members in session, be it –
RESOLVED, to approve and confirm the designation of Mark Ej Calaramo Pajardo as Child
Representative of the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children f Barangay 4 Santa Maria, Vintar,
Ilocos Norte.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of the resolution to all concerned for their information and
guidance.

information and consideration; and furnish copies to other authorities concerned for their information
