Developed by Megan Lapp aka Crafty Intentions, this pattern is for FIVE Different Mermaids!!

It is
recommended for advanced beginner skill level or above. Gauge is not crucial to the pattern of the body, head,
and limbs, as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold the stuffing. A D or G size crochet hook is
recommended with worsted weight (Medium 4) yarn and you will need a darning needle to weave in the yarn
ends and sew any holes shut. A Mermaid from this pattern is approximately 7 inches tall and about 1-2 inches
wide. This pattern is written in U.S. terminology. Have fun!

Stitch, Ch 1 for each row. This DOES affect the shape of each piece, but in a minor way, as the
piece was written with the seam shift in mind. If you prefer to crochet in spiral/in
the round you are welcome to try it but I do not guarantee that all asymmetrical
sections will come out exactly as shown.
