7. PROCESS OF CONTROLLING OCCUPATIONAL HEATH HAZARD
Hint- There are number of Occupational Health Hazards associated with construction, labour camp,
construction utilities (Batching Plant, DG), public convenience (toilets, urinals), canteen, waste
disposal etc. When not controlled, these hazards may lead to occupational disease such as malaria,
jaundice, asthma that may endanger works life and affect work. So these hazards need to be
controlled. Describe controls under the following heads:

Hint- Describe types of EHS Training (Induction, Tool Box Talk, Pep-Talk, Mock Drill) to be imparted
to your personnel and workers at site. Describe logistic arrangements for the same.
13. EHS Budget
Hint – In view of this EHS Plan, estimate your expenses on various components of EHS Plan and
present your EHS Budget. The budgeted amount should be exclusively used for EHS management
during execution of work.
14. EHS Performance Tracking & Client Reporting
Hint – List down Leading & Lagging EHS Performance Indicators and describe process to be deployed
for measuring and motoring EHS performance. Describe scope & process of EHS Reporting to the
client.
