I, JEANNE MARIE C. OBLIGACION-BERNARDO, of legal age, Filipino, with
residential address at 3349 Magistrado Araullo St., Bacood, Sta. Mesa, Manila City,
after being duly sworn to and in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the daughter Mr. CECIL A. OBLIGACION who died intestate last April
01, 2023;
2. It is known to me that my father held several accounts at Philippine
