Questions & Answers
Q1. If we bulk upload the doctors' data, how do we obtain their consent?
A1. Consent can be obtained by directly calling the doctors or arranging for one of our
executives to meet them in person.
Q2. How can we verify the consultation fees of onboarded doctors?
A2. The consultation fees can be verified through the following methods:
- Contact the doctor on behalf of a patient to inquire about the fees.
- Cross-check the fee information on third-party platforms such as Practo, Google, Lybrate,
etc.
Q3. How can we verify patients without using OTP?
A3. We can implement a KYC (Know Your Customer) process by capturing a real-time
photograph of the patient. This photo, along with their details, can be shared with the
respective doctor at the time of appointment booking for verification.
Q4. How can we onboard the maximum number of doctors in a short time?
A4. The following strategies can help onboard more doctors quickly:
- Participate in upcoming CME (Continuing Medical Education) events to introduce our
services to groups of doctors.
- Approach hospitals for onboarding; though it may take time, it allows access to large
volumes of doctor data.
- Connect with medical associations like the Indian Association of Pediatrics to present our
services to their board and members.
- Engage with residential societies or RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations) where doctors
reside, such as doctor apartments. For example, we're currently coordinating with a
doctors’ apartment in Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi.
- Collaborate with companies engaged in similar onboarding activities.
Q5. How can we collect doctors' data?
A5. Doctor data can be collected through:
- Medical Representatives (MRs) who already maintain a database of doctors across various
specialties.
- Publicly available government resources such as DMA (Delhi Medical Association) and
other official websites.
