Ears
Mark 6 stitches on both sides of the head between r3-4, r4-5, r5-6,
r6-7, r7-8, r8-9 like on the picture below. We will crochet the spikes
on these stitches.

Join yarn on the stitch number 2, pull up a loop on your hook then
chain 5, crochet the 2nd chain from the hook: sc, 2 dc, sc and slst into
stitch number 1. Fasten off and weave the yarn tails.
