PELVIC ULTRASOUND SCAN REPORT

FINDINGS:

 There is a slightly bulky non-gravid uterus with few RPOCS that measure 1,5cm in AP
thickness.
 No fibroids, adnexal masses or cysts seen.
 No free fluid in the POD

COMMENTS

 Incomplete miscarriage with few RPOCS
