Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture With PG Diploma from NICMAR, Around 4+ years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation. Strong expertise in Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, and ACC / BIM 360. Solid understanding of clash detection, construction sequencing, and multi-disciplinary coordination. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera for project scheduling. Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI. Excellent English communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles. Experience managing teams and coordinating with international project teams.
