Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, Online and Offline. - Program Promotion: Promote ChakraSutra's wellness treatments, including Laughter Therapy and Medicine-Free Life programs, to corporate clients and individuals. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Requirements: - 2- 5 Yrs of Experience in Sales of Concepts, Counselling, Tele Sales - Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. - Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the wellness industry , Media or Concept Selling. - Passion for Wellness: Passion for wellness and personal development. - Tech Savvy- Must be familiar with Social Media handling , Well verse with prominent Platforms like G Suite,Canva, office 365 Etc. - Video and Audio editing skills would be a plus.
