It’s a scam

It’s a scam! Don’t use this site! I paid for a dress and express shipping they took the money and no shipping information and package did not arrive. No contact details and goes to auto chat line asking for more money to answer enquiries.

Scam

Ordered a dress. Never received it. I followed up. They said : it was delivered. I never received it and requested refund. I was informed that I should check my house properly or check with the post office (not even sure which provider). It was delivered. If I don’t have it- it’s my problem

Waited nearly a month for a dress that…

Waited nearly a month for a dress that I wouldn’t wash the car with so poor quality nothing like the picture. Now still waiting more than 2 weeks for a refund and you pay to return items.

Thank you for your reply. We have watched the video you mentioned, but there is no reliable evidence in the video to prove that we are a fraudulent website.
All the arguments are based on the subjective requirements of the YouTuber for online shopping websites.
If judged by his standards, a large number of small and medium-sized online shopping companies that are operating honestly and are in the process of business expansion can be labeled as 'scam', which is extremely unfair to all of the merchants who are working hard to provide better services & products.

This company seems to be running some…

This company seems to be running some type of scam. Upon ordering a dress for a wedding, there was no notice that the dress was out of stock. After not receiving the dress 2 weeks later I contacted customer service. I was told the item is out of stock for the next 3 weeks and shipment would take another 7-10 days. I cancelled the order and now awaiting my refund. I’ll keep you posted.

Not keeping their promises

Fehaute’s web site promises shipment in 48hours, it has been 20 days now, my order HBXFI00104845 has not been processed yet neither shipped, however I can confirm the money has been taken from my card.
I am so so disappointed 😔

Never delivered / still being produced

Ordered a dress on April 16th. Credit card charged in that exact moment, and with the promiss of 10/16 days of delivery, even if they advertise it as a 48h max delivery. So far no dress with the appology that i have great taste and that the dress sold out and that supplier is making them as we speak. Not also the same dress is still available today and in stock, today they have told me that the lot of dresses that they received from the supplier has not passed inspections tests and so that we are back to the beggining. Very shady company that funds itself with upfront costumers money.

Took a while but beautiful

I ordered a dress on April 21,2024. I received it today June 11. I bought it for an occasion that hasn't come yet, but it took forever.
On a good note it is a beautiful dress. Fits perfectly. Reminds me of the brand Chiara di Bona which is super $$$. I have to say I love it.

Ordered a dress HBXFI00105317 on…

Ordered a dress HBXFI00105317 on 5/10/24 for my daughter's bridal shower. After I did not receive the dress, I contacted them via email, they apologize for the delay and regret to inform me that the following item(s) are not yet ready to be shipped. This item is estimated to be restocked in 7th June. I then asked when it would be shipped and their response was: We are sorry to inform you that the product has not passed the quality inspection and the supply time will be overdue until 2024-06-20
Once it is shipped, you will be notified by email and you can expect it in 10-15 business days. I now am out $129.00 and no longer want a dress that will not be in in time for my daughter's bridal shower. I requested a full refund ASAP and got no response.
