Some Frustration
The employees in the branches are friendly, attempt to assist you in resolving your issue, and competent. In my experience, GBFCU falls short in both the web site and the on-line banking app. For initial users they are confusing and not user friendly. Multiple contacts were required to discover how to set up and use anything more than the basic functions. Furthermore, the live chat and phone tech support functions both provided incomplete or erroneous information at times during the numerous contacts. I feel that it is all starting to come together in this digital banking arena but I also look forward to an improvement in the clarity and user friendliness of the banking site and app. If not, while the banking services provided and the great employees of GB are valuable, it may very well cost the bank customers.
