PAOLA at keycheck was very quick and thorough

PAOLA at keycheck was very quick and helpful in helping me confirm the process for quickly refunding a full deposit to my tenant. She even emailed step by step instructions for future keepsake which will be useful. Thank you very much!

I am new to medium term rentals

I am new to medium term rentals. Filling out the information for my first lease with this system, I had some questions and needed to go in and edit a few things. Paola was very helpful! Got everything done fast than expected.

Online Help is Extremely Good!

Gabriela was an outstanding help. I had a very specific issue that she helped me work through and solve quickly and easily. Actually, all of my interactions with KeyCheck have been seamless and useful. I know that if I have a question or issue, I will receive an answer right away. I especially appreciate that Gabriela was professional, polite, and fast:).

Cecila was very helpful

Cecila was very helpful, handled all my complaints and listened very calmly and respectfully as I rented on and on about my issues. I answered her email to me concerning how my issues were handled, by calling her a "Rock Star" and I meant it!

Terrific Skills/Custome Service

I was helped twice today by 2 terrific gals! Paola and Gabriella were able to settle my issues within minutes!
I highly recommend a raise for both of these gals! It is not easy to deal with the public especially when folks are very busy and are not very patient. They're both very kind and professional. Thank you keycheck!

What a great resource for landlords!

What a great resource for landlords!

Gabriela helped with a few newbie questions on our first screening/lease/rent collection setup.

Raines helped me with setting up rent payments (unfortunately the system won't allow you to set up all payments up front and the month of February is prorated due to less days in the month but Raines fixed it for me so we get the full Feb rent by changing the move out date to March 1st instead).

Although the system is still a bit clunky, it's worth it for hosts/landlords who want to collect direct payments from bookings/leases.

Support chat works quickly and gives straight answers and work around for what you need if the system can't do it for you. That's all you can ask for!

More companies need helpful agents like Cecilia

The agent, Cecilia was very professional, showed excellent customer service and listened to my concerns. She got all the details and helped me setup my rent schedule and send out payment requests to my tenants. She ensured everything was correct and helped me to find certain tools I needed to monitor the payment schedule. She was so helpful and really put me at ease through this process. With new tools and technology, it is nice to get someone like Cecilia, who really helps make it smooth.

Thanks so much to TATIANA at KeyCheck! I'm a first time user, so had a bunch of questions and she was soo helpful!! Especially in guiding me where to add things and how to not be too judgy if the screening didn't come back with a lot of info. Which I'll be honest, originally I was like it's a bit SUS if you don't have a long credit history.... but she reminded me that it can only go back so far. So moving forward I feel a bit more confident in the screening process.
Anyways, she was great and answered my questions very clearly and if I have questions again and need to use the chat again... I'll be a bit sad if I don't get her.

Definitely appreciate the help Tatiana!

Great people make a great business

As a first-time user, I wasn’t perfectly clear on what I needed to do, so I made a mistake. But when I reached out via chat, Tatiana came to the rescue within a few seconds. She was able to expertly guide me through the issues I was having and help me complete my inquiry. She even emailed back the next day, as promised, to follow up with me.
