How many of these reviews are real?

It seems suspicious to me that so many of these "reviewers" only have ONE, maybe two reviews and they are all five stars. My experience with Key Check has been HORRIBLE; one of the worst ever e-commerce experiences I've ever had, actually. When I try to remove my payment info using the "option" on the site, it doesn't actually remove it, and you wouldn't know your Credit/debit info is still stored there unless you go back to the payments page to make sure. You cannot remove your payment info from this site on your own- you have to ASK them to do it. This is a HUGE security risk. They charge absurd fees to process your payments. Rent= 975, THE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE IS $48.00???? If you care at all about your payment info remaining secure and you don't want to get ripped off by totally unreasonable payment processing fees, beg your landlord to pay via some other secure means where your info isn't stored AGAINST YOUR WILL. This is shady as F.

Positive-Keycheck-Most of the staff are…

Positive-Keycheck-Most of the staff are good. Alejandra stands out. She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Negative- Keycheck uses Stripe to collect deposits and rent payments. My issue is the money left the tenants account same day (screenshot) but Stripe held on to the money for 8 days! Tenant gets charged a fee for the transaction. In addition, it appears Stripe makes interest on the tenants money for the entire time! After complaining, on day 8, Stripe released the money to my bank account, deposit+rent. Keycheck said they couldn't do anything to prevent Stripe's very slow process. Yet, Keycheck continues to use them and doesn't seem like they negotiate on the customer's behalf.
That looks like unfair practices by Stripe.

Incredibly patient customer service

the ONLY thing that made my experience pleasurable was the person who helped me - Raines. This person made a tedious and confusing process bearable and I felt supported throughout my entire customer support interaction!

Cecilia was the best customer support…

Cecilia was the best customer support I’ve ever worked with. She fixed my account and patiently work through it with me for a full hour! It’s now working amazing. She has an amazing attitude and I wish all customer support was as good as her.

They seem very dedicated to customer…

They seem very dedicated to customer service and that puts them way ahead in my view. It is the number one value for an effective company! I liked using the chat function because many times I have a hard time understanding when they speak due to thick accents some of them have. I have to ask them to slow down and articulate clearly.
Signing up for Stripe was hugely challenging for me since I admit I am tech challenged. I hope I got thru it ok!

New User Help

What made this experience useful to me. . As a new user this platform for me it not easy to on navigate . This is my first time using this software the program consist of a number of contract that I would be allowed to used . Moreover , I would need to use this contract wisely. Once the first contract was cancel , and I need to make changes I contact your office through email for assistance and was not provided adequate information and was not able to get my concerns addressed .The information she provided was incorrect.
Today I contacted your office and spoke with Vanessa she was knowledge and was able to provide with the corrects information and steps that I needed to get the contract corrected and signed the first time I spoke with her .
This information was valuable to me and it help me to learn what to do if I have this issues again. She provided me with notes to write down. She was both professional and knowledge of what I needed to get completed to make signing this contract successful. I need employee like her working for your company to really assist and provide correct and needed information. This will help me to determine if I want to continue to use your platform. Vanessa provide outstanding customer service . Great Job!

Renter Screening and Lease Questions

I had lots of questions and trouble trying to review the renter screening and Cecelia was very patient with me. She answered my questions and directed me to the right place. I was on my phone and that was my problem. When I logged into the computer, she was very helpful. then I asked about questions, regarding the lease I was filling in and she was helpful again. I was on the chat a couple of times with her. She deserved 10 stars for helping me!

Good customer service

I had a tech issue, and ALEJANDRA helped me promptly. Very good service. I found another software that better fit our operation so I requested a refund.
She was kind and very understanding. Got my refund back.
