I used Keycheck because I trusted them to do the background checks on my tenants. I now live with a convicted felon!! I have his mug shots in an orange jumpsuit to prove it. He has zero friends and has stopped all contact with family and works from home. MY home. we both live and work under the same roof 24/7. He has been acting erratically and lives in an alternative reality and I'm afraid he may crack at any moment. the worst part about Keycheck was that they refuse to explain to me how this happened or that they'll even look into HOW this happened.

I wanted to use the document signature system in a way it wasn't intended to be used. Janeth worked with me (very patiently) do find a functional work-around. Together we went back and forth for about half an hour. She stuck with me the whole time and we found a solution.

Had a lot of problems filling out the renter screening process. The report generated came back completely blank. The errors probably started with my mistakes but became a difficult issue to sort out. Gabriela from the chat line was patient and helpful. Can't thank her enough.
