Wish I could rate it lower. Have twice ordered online to be delivered to my son in another state, changed the address, made sure I unclicked the box for "this is my billing address" Items still came to billing address, which requires me to return items to store and re-order just so they could do the exact same thing. Called customer service, could barely understand them and the only advice was for me to verify shipping address. My advice is to just stop shopping at Kohl's

Tammy and Abbey took the time to help me find an item I was looking for. They sifted through clothing then looked for it in a different location. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Clearly, Tammy and Abbey seek opportunities to help customers even when busy with their own tasks.
Teresa at the checkout counter was equally impressive. She answered my questions and assisted me in an efficient and friendly manner. People in line did not have to wait long as she quickly but patiently checked me out.
I have always found Kohl’s to be responsive to their customers. Today Tammy, Abbey and Teresa went above and beyond to assist me while keeping up the pace of a busy work environment.

Kohl's has been purchased by Captial One. BIG MISTAKE. The customer service has gone to trash, and it is to complicated to log into your account. I guess they are on their way out of business, because there is no way to survive with horrible customer service. Taking my money to AMAZON

Bad Women Fashion. Khols has so many good deals .The…

Khols has so many good deals .The percent off is so helpful..There is one thing the women cloths are so terrible so bad the styles for big women should be a soft look with sleeves not big flowers or terrible prints.I was in store looking at XL and most of them have to say awful prints it's like it's a store for old women I am old and think this is so bad who ever is the stylist they have to start looking at fashion.I went on Amazon and put in flower shirts the first page so many,bought 2.I hope are Khols does not close other then that I LOVE KHOLS

Online order refund

I ordered two pairs of pants through the online site. They were delivered to the store where I picked them up. One of the pairs had the wrong length. I returned them to get a refund. Did not get a full refund for what I paid for them. They deducted the $10 cash award. Later I went back to return the other pair because of improper fit. Again I did not get a full refund. So if you order online you're taking a chance of losing money. Best to buy in store where you can see what you're buying. And hopefully reduce the returns. I feel like I have lost around $20 in refund money because they would not honor the price that I paid for them. What a shame. They have lost a customer.

Even though I wrote the correct…

Even though I wrote the correct address, it was returned to the warehouse. I then needed to go to the store and buy the product over again. One of the other products I ordered needed to be picked up in store. That wasn’t an easy experience. When I went to look for the numbered box that contained my product it was blocked by racks of clothing that needed to be sorted through. Horrible experience. Called customer service and they could care less. Still waiting for my refund.

I received terrible customer service…

I received terrible customer service today from Kohls customer service line from an agent named Roxanna. I did not receive my order, despite a photo of my home with bags for goodwill on the doorstep, which stated I did! I never received the package. Instead of offering to resend my order or credit my order, they had me issue a dispute with the kohls credit card company for receive the credit. This was after I received a package from kohls that same day that was meant for another customer. I will not ever use their company again, even though I have been a customer for over 20 years. I am now going to need to wait to see if my dispute is approved in 3 months. The kohls visa customer service agents were professional and kind, unlike the experience I received from the department store customer service line.

Impressive Customer Service

Called customer service and I had the…

Called customer service and I had the rudest, unknowledgable people multiple times I called. Not sure where these people are from, but could not understand a word. And they hung up every time I called. Of course my order is wrong don't even know how to get this corrected since Kohls has encompantant customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KOHLS EVER AGAIN

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! My order is way past the delivery date. UPS states the order is lost. Kohl's live chat is no help - they just say to wait another 24hours. They give me the customer service number 855-564-5705 to speak with a live person. That number is totally automated and there is no option to speak with a live person. I've spent 2 hours on this today and there is no resolution.

No handicapped carts walked a country…

No handicapped carts walked a country mile to find a men's department unstaffed. I was looking for Nautica shirts but they are only available in other stores. This store is not handicapped friendly and the only staff you see are at the register or guarding high pilferage departments. It hurts to shop at Kohl's

Great products . No customer service

Kohls has great products but don’t ever make a mistake with an order because if you have to call customer service you will never order from them again. They don’t help you at all. They tell you what they can’t do for you . It’s useless to call them . They just waste your time.

2025 - I ordered a pantsuit for a wedding from Kohl's on May 21, a shipping label was created on May 22. As I watched, it never shipped. I contacted UPS, they never received the package. I called to cancel the order and get my refund. After a couple of phone calls, I was told that I had to wait until June 4th to cancel this. BTW, I saw that it was out of stock and so I knew I would never receive this. Time is running out and I finally got the item cancelled. I was told today that it will take 7 business days to get my refund!

Can not open my statement

Going to. Capital one card is sucks!!!! I am trying to open my statement and it will not open. Plus I am not giving you my account information in order to pay my bills. Plus I have not received a statement yet. You want paid then don’t be such a pain in the ass.

scam scam scam

purchased 2 runner rugs with a price of $39.99 on the product cardboard wrapper BUT was charged $69.99 each rug plus 20% off. Total charged $120.94 with NY state tax. Took them back the next day to another kohls location and am told they mark up the items with a "white tag" on top of the original price tag but the carpets I purchased didn't get the marked up "white" sticker. So basically they mark up the items with the new sticker then give you a 20% off like they are giving you some kind of a deal (original price $39.99 then went up to $55.99 after "the deal"). Went right home and cancelled my account. Scammers! I did end up getting them for $39.99 plus the 20% off but I don't care. I'm done with Kohls. Also when looking at Kohls items be sure to check the Amazon price (partnership, my ass). Be mindful!

Kohls Cash Scam

Ordered some shoes and clothes in a couple of separate orders a week or so apart. I was then emailed $30 Kohl’s cash that I could use. I ordered some more items using the K Cash as part of the payment. None of the shoes fit in the original order, and when I returned them they deducted $30 cash from my return. I objected and they said that if I returned items from the order which I used the K cash on I would be credited the $30. When I did return some of these items all I received was $30 Kohls cash which needs to be used in 30 days, not a cash credit to my account. So they basically have taken $30 from me, as I do not need or want to order anything else from this store. A total rip off. I paid cash and received useless Kohls cash credit good for one month. If I don’t use it they have taken, or rather stolen $30 me. A total scam.

Ordered a sweater for my daughter's…

Ordered a sweater for my daughter's birthday it came with a huge stain down the entire front of it. Its out of stock cant replace it and its a complete embarrassment. Customer service wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor they claim supervisors are busy.
