Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

This was last weekend when the Fireworks started, very pretty. On Saturday we went to a church in Retford to support my cousin who is the Guide District Commissioner for Retford.
There were some lovely Crafty goods produced by local makers.

And Yes! I bought this....

How cute is he!

Here's Daisy in another of her comfy positions.

And Alfie too!

Now what about this, a photograph sent to me by a friend. Wish she sent me the cheesecake Lol!

We need a funny to finish.

This may well be a good example of what you might see next week but you'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

Leave me a comment and I'll pop over to see what you've been up to this week too.

Friday Fun Day

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Found this in the cabin hiding in a box. Apparently it's probably a 'False Widow'. I gave it it's freedom over the fence!

After I got rid of the spider I spent some time crafting with Alfie and Daisy joining me.
Daisy is there somewhere! and Alfie has been doing a bit of rearraging with his dog mat.

That tired him out so he had a lie down.

This is the start of a new canvas project.

And this one is almost finished.
I'm trying to catch up with some old projects from Anna Hersom. It was known as "Creative Craft Academy", now "Mixed Media Classes"

This was a nice surprise in the garden as these lilac bushes haven't flowered for a while.

So pretty.

All clean and back indoors. Look at that face!

Now where is Daisy, she's here somewhere!

Anyway while she decides to come back we'll have a look at some funnies.

Dog funnies obviously!

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.
Hopefully Daisy will turn up for next week!

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Friday fun day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Some members of this family are having a nice time!

He's obviously decided it's time for a nap.

This was Monday when we went shopping.
There was a fire alarm and we all had to stand outside for a while but thank goodness it was a false alarm.

We went to visit mum mum as usual.
Not bad for 95.

From the eldest to the youngest.
How sweet is he!

And a proud sister too.

My friend sent me this photograph. These are artist designed Easter eggs.

And of course we can't finish without some dog funnies.

It has to be done.
If only!
Daisy always starts this off. She is obsessed with digging.

It's Bees at the moment they are trying to eat as we have ground bees.

Obviously!

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

These were the last few days of us clearing mum's house and as you can see Alfie and Daisy were helping too or so they thought.

This was a role of plastic bags that were meant to hold rubbish but by the time Alfie had finished they were full of holes but he was happy and it kept him busy for a while.

Which then went walk about! with Alfie's help of course.

I took this photograph while I was in the village.
It's the school that I went to and my mother too so you can guess it's old as my mother was 95 in June. It's a beautiful old building with traditional red bricks which were made in the village.
My Grandfather worked at the Brickyard which was based at the coal mine which is now closed although they are opencasting for coal.
The mine was one of the last to close in South Yorkshire though it was still economically viable.

Saturday we went to the park where they were having the summer fair. The stalls are mostly selling on behave of a charity.

There was lots there and it was very busy.

There was entertainment too.
These were just setting up when we walked the dogs before it all opened.

They had boats too so people could go onto the lake.

They were very organised with all the safety equipment too.

Had to show you this beauty. We saw it when shopping. Some of you know I love my MG and this is quite special as it's an MG A but has obviously had a lot of work done to it.

Beautiful!

Oh! and this is Goose my friend's dog. She is very friendly as you can see and rather large too! I was keeping her company for a while.

That's it really for today so I'll leave you with a couple of Schnauzer funnies.

I think they misunderstood.
Daisy and Alfie probably think this is their names too Lol!

I'm sure my two would love this but keep quiet and then they wont know that it's even possible Lol!

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

Masterboard Monday or maybe not!

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Just in case I don't get round to putting anything here today Maisie and Stanley are back to show you what they've been up to.

I don't think Stan looks very impressed.

Unlike Maisie here, how comfy is that.

Stan doesn't actually drink champagne! but he does love the cushion.

It certainly is a dog's life around here!

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting when we get back to it which shouldn't be too long if we can all stay awake that is!
