Getting support

Subscribers are invited to get into contact with us via our customer support form or our Reddit community (opens new window) - we aim to get back to you within 2 business days. Non-subscribers are invited to reach out via our Reddit community (opens new window).

Our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (GMT), excluding public holidays.

# Support for non-subscribers

Our non-subscribers are invited to reach out via our Reddit community (opens new window). We are building our out community as a one-stop shop for all of your support, bot building and news update needs. All users are welcome in the community, even if you are just thinking of getting started with Axiom.ai!

# Support for subscribers

Subscribers are invited to get into contact with us via our customer support form or our Reddit community (opens new window) - we aim to get back to you within 2 business days. To ensure your case can be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible, be sure to include as much information as possible about your query or issue - any missing information may slow down the support process. In addition to the information you are providing, we recommend including the following:

  1. A screen recording of the bot run.
  2. The bot experiencing the issue, see sharing your automation for more details.
  3. Walk us through what the automation is doing and what is not working.
  4. Share any Google Sheets used in the automation with support@axiom.ai, granting 'editor' permissions.
  5. Observe the run in action, noting the current vs expected results.

# Reddit support

Our Reddit community (opens new window) is growing - and we want you to be part of it! We share news and documentation updates here and encourage all Axiom users to post their questions, ideas, or issues. We love hearing about the different use cases that our users are using Axiom.ai for, please feel free to post your automation stories! We have team members in this community to help you out, but you may also find that other users jump in to offer their own perspectives.

Have any feedback you wish to share? Check out our feedback megathread (opens new window).

Looking for a bot build? Post in the Reddit community (opens new window) using the flair 'Seeking Bot Builder' - a member of the community may be able to assist. Please ensure that you read the auto-response for further advice on bot builds.

# Slack support

Our higher tier subscriptions offer a dedicated Slack channel between your organisation and ours. We recommend using this for quick "how-to" questions and resolving simpler issues. For more complex, we would recommend using our customer support form - you'll still receive the same priority.

This is intended for asynchronous conversations and these channels are monitored during our operating hours - there is no need to @-mention any team members, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will receive an email about setting up your dedicated Slack channel when you sign up to a plan that entitles you to Slack support. If you do not receive this email and wish to set this up, contact us via our Customer Support (opens new window) page.

  1. Post your question in your Slack channel.
  2. Let us know the current vs expected results of your automation.
  3. Share any Google Sheets used in the automation with support@axiom.ai, granting 'editor' permissions.

Slack support is only available on select plans, see Pricing (opens new window) for more details.
