What is the Runtime?
Runtime is the total amount of time that your bots can run per month. The available runtime varies from tier to tier. Unused runtime does not carry over to the next month. Note: free trial runtime does not renew.
What is the Cloud Single-run Limit?
We limit the maximum duration of each bot run to ensure cloud resource availability.
Is my data private?
Yes! When running your automation in the cloud, any processed data is not stored. When running your automation on your local PC, this data never leaves your PC. At no point do we store run data or share it with others. We store your account details, settings and automation configuration, and run reports.
Do I need to know how to code?
Axiom.ai is designed to be used as a no-code automation solution. Functionality can be extended with code, however, this is optional and all features are available without needing code.
Does Axiom have an API or integrations?
Yes! Pro and higher tiers can make use of our API, Zapier, and Make integrations to manage and send data to and from their automations.

How can I check my Runtime?
Your Runtime usage is available within the extension, hover over the percentage ring for a more detailed view within the dashboard.
Do failed runs count against my Runtime?
No, only successful runs count. That means you can test a bot as much as you want until it works.
Can I run my automations in the cloud?
Yes, automations can be run in the cloud, or locally using the desktop application. Automations triggered by the API or an integration will run in the cloud by default.
Does Axiom come with a desktop app?
The desktop application is optional, but is required to allow automations to handle files.
Do you offer custom plans?
We may be able to offer custom plans in instances where the Ultimate tier is not sufficient. We are not able to offer custom plans for lower tiers. Contact us for more details.
Do you offer annual plans/billing?
We may be able to offer annual plans or billing to users on the Ultimate tier, we are unable to offer annual plans on lower tiers. Contact us for more details.
How can I change my subscription?
Open the Axiom.ai extension, click "change plan" and select the plan you wish to change to. Note: you can not revert to the free trial as this is not a plan.
Can I pause my subscription?
We do not currently allow for subscriptions to be paused, however, you can cancel your subscription and re-activate it at a later date - we won't delete your data unless you explicitly request it, or delete your account.
