How to manage your account

To manage your account, open the Axiom.ai extension, navigate to the dashboard and click the burger menu on the top right - select my account to access your account.

# Change email


  1. Click on account in the right-side menu.
  2. Replace the content of the field containing the current email address with the new email address.
  3. Click update account to save changes.

# Change password


  1. Click on password on the right-side menu.
  2. Enter your current password in the current password field.
  3. Enter your new password in the new password field.
  4. Re-enter your new password in the retype new password field, this must match step 3 exactly.
  5. Click change password to confirm changes.

# Change company name and role


  1. Click on account in the right-side menu.
  2. Enter your company name in the enter company name field.
  3. Enter your company role in the enter company role field.
  4. Click update account to save changes.

# Change your country


  1. Click on account in the right-side menu.
  2. Select your country from the select country dropdown.
  3. Click update account to save changes.

# Delete account


Note: account deletion is permanent, we are unable to retrieve accounts that have been deleted from Axiom.ai.

  1. Ensure that you have unsubscribed if you have a plan, see managing your subscription.
  2. Select delete my account.
