Biography
Melissa Oropeza was born in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Oropeza earned an associate degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College, a bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from the University of Kansas, and a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Her career experience includes working as a nurse practitioner.[1]
