The card was sent to me by Nastya. She shared one family tradition with me - to have a cup of tea with a lovely husband after hard working day. It's a nice tradition! We also follow this one + usually we watch some great series (or just speak with each other - sometimes) :)

Also the card contains 2 stamps. The first one is from series 'Word Stamp Exhibition "Saint-Peterburg-2007"' issued in 2007. And the second one is from series 'The 175th Anniversary of the World's First Postage Stamp - One Penny Black' issued in 2015:

Morning tea

Actualy I think that this is coffee, not the tea. However as I don't drink coffee let's imagine that this is black-black tea :)
The cup is so cute that I would like to have a couple of this in my home :)

Most of all I love a teapot and cup on this card!. Seriously, I would like to have them at my home.

The tea ceremony

This card shows a small part of tea ceremony. I've found that such ceremonies can be found in Minsk and I'd like to visit one of them with my husband. As a fan of tea I should do it! :)

A tea ceremony is a ritualized form of making tea practiced in the East Asian cultural sphere by the Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese and Vietnamese tea ceremony. The tea ceremony, also called the Way of Tea, is a cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of tea. The manner in which it is performed, or the art of its performance, is called Tea ceremony. One can also refer to the whole set of rituals, tools, gestures, etc. used in such ceremonies as tea culture. All of these tea ceremonies and rituals contain "an adoration of the beautiful among the sordid facts of everyday life", as well as refinement, an inner spiritual content, humility, restraint and simplicity "as all arts that partake the extraordinary, an artistic artificiality, abstractness, symbolism and formalism" to one degree or another.

At a very basic level, tea ceremonies are a formalized way of making tea, in a process which has been refined to yield the best taste.

Chinese tea

Do you like tea? Have you tasted real Chinese tea?

Some years ago my friend was in China and then presented this tea to me. I understood nothing on the packing, but tasted real Chinese tea without any additives. But in every day life I like tea with lemon or ginger or something else.

In any case this card is wonderful. If this this a series of postcard I'd like to receive others too :)

Just tea

I have already written about my love to tea.

However this card with tea and window also reminds me about my trips to Chisinau. The way from Minsk to Chisinau by train takes about 30 hours. You seat at comfortable coupe and look out the window. From the beginning you see so habitual view of Belarus, than nature is a little being changed when you go through Ukraine. Then, you arrive in Moldova and see trees that you haven't seen before :)

Herbal Tea

Tea is one from my favourite drinks during winter season. Also it's the best means to help a body cope with the cold. Now I use tea with lemon and ginger.

I love tea. Green tea. Moreover, I'm a fan of green tea. Here in Minsk I have a wonderful place where I buy tea. Every time I try to choose any one which I've not selected before. Now I have tea even with pieces of chocolate :) and the have nice names like "Magic of Witches" or "Kabuchcha" or anything else.
