DON'T BUY FROM FURNICHER
They're thief, only thief. They lied from the beginning to the end.
1. The items were supposed to be in stock and sent the same day. They sent them after 1 month.
2. The delivery came in a 17 meters truck with only one delivery guy who put all the furnitures 500 meters away from our house.
3. Two chairs of the four ordered chairs were missing. The two remaining chairs are full of scratches.
4. THE TABLE IS BROKEN IN TWO PIECES!!! A MARBLE TABLE BROKEN IN TWO PIECES!!!
We called them one million times, they don't speak french, they wont't do anything.
We don't want the missing chairs, we don't want another table, we want our money back!!! We paid 1 300€ for a broken table and missing chairs!!!
DON'T BUY FROM FURNICHER!!! DON'T!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but we believe this review does not fairly reflect the situation.

1. While we apologize for the delay, but all customers are automatically notified if there are any delays.

2. Regarding the delivery, we depend on external logistics companies, and while we regret the inconvenience, this is outside of our direct control.

3. As soon as you informed us about the missing/undelivered chairs, we contacted the carrier immediately.
What's more, the two chairs that were delivered with scratches were resolved through a discount, which you accepted yourself. Our accountancy team even processed the refund over the weekend, which is not standard procedure, but we made an exception for you.
For the broken table, we issued a full refund right away, without hesitation. By now, you should have already received all the money.

4. Concerning your comment about language barriers, we do have a French-speaking agent, but you called several times on a Saturday when they were not available. Despite this, we spent over 20 minutes on the phone with you, trying to resolve the situation, but the conversation was challenging due to inappropriate behavior.

We take customer service seriously and believe we have gone above and beyond to address your concerns, even more than required.
Complaints are valid when based on facts, but unreasonable demands are something we cannot support. Thank you for your understanding.

A flawless purchace.

Furnicher has an easy to use website. It had precisely the furnishings we were looking for at a very good prie. They asrrived in perfect condition more quickly than we could have reasonable expectd.

Very bad quality and don’t trust the sales

The quality of the products especially if you see the initial prices is more than questionable !! We had ordered chairs which turned out to be total crap even for the reduced price and Furnicher is asking quite a high price to send them back . 27€ for each order which for 4 chairs turned out to be 54€ which is insane , if you consider that one chair was rescued to 69€. The quality and the customer service is unacceptable so please be aware of these facts before you order anything from here.

Regarding customer service, our team has promptly addressed your numerous concerns and provided multiple solutions. Despite our best efforts, it seems none of our suggestions met your satisfaction.

Super quick ordering and shipment process! Received my delivery in Germany just two days after placing my order. The item itself was packed very well protected and super easy to assemble. Happy to have my new furniture item from you!

Perfect Experience

The chairs I ordered were in perfect condition and I'm extremely happy with the service. Many other interior companies I was looking at had terrible reviews and more often than not the items would arrive damaged or extremely late. I'm glad I found one that not only sells items for a reasonable price but also ships fast and is reliable. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Good quality, good service, fast shipping to Germany

The quality of the chairs we purchased seems acceptable for the price. No telling how they hold up over time, but we'll see.
The items were packaged well and shipped quickly.
There was a minor concern with shipping, but a service representative replied very quickly and it was all sorted painlessly and efficiently.

What a fabulous dining chair’s!!!!

What a fabulous dining chair’s!!!!! I love it!!!! The material feels comfortable and sustainable. The design is very high end. Sitting on in is very good and comfy. The size and height is perfect for my dining table. This is probably the best decision I’ve ever made. I saw these chairs and fell in love immediately. The service is super fast. Just few day’s delivery times. Website is very efficient. Well done guys.

We loooooove our new Bone Chairs

We loooooove our new Bone Chairs! They arrived safely and the quality is absolutely amazing! 100000% recommended.

Besides of that we reached out to the customer service because the shipment was scheduled earlier than expected. The contact was super nice and everything went smooth.

Great deal, top service!

We made a great deal on our 6 chairs for the dinner table at interiorr. The international shipment from the Netherlands to Germany was fast. We had a minor complaint on a transportation damage and a faulty thread that was taken care of immediately. The spare parts were shipped on the day we sent the complaint. Interiorr fully met our expectations on the products as well as the service!

Great service and support for both…

Great service and support for both shipping (DHL Express) and online service.
I was undecided about the furniture and the online service clarified all my doubts. I ordered two Barcelona Chair Premium Leather and the product fully met my expectations.

Very, very nice product, well made and inside the package there was even the product for the treatment of the leather!
I sincerely recommend the website and will probably order more in the future!

Fast, professional, friendly and accommodating

We ordered a dozen chairs for our office. Delivery was prompt, chairs were great, only unfortunately 3 pieces were probably damaged in transit. But they sent us a replacement without complaint. Really a professional, fast and friendly company. I have not bought here for the last time.

Great products, stellar customer service

Great value and quality products and honestly best-in-the-business customer service. One of the dining table chairs was damaged in transit and was replaced super fast and one year after purchase one of the small feet broke (thanks to two toddlers pushing the boundaries of the chairs’ purpose) and they immediately sent a replacement set free of charge. Five stars!

Sublime costumer service, great products and quick shipping

My chair arrived super quick, within 5 days from ordering. Wanted to exchange the colour of the chair which Nikolay easily handeled for me by making a new shipment for a seat in a different colour without charge. It arrived super quick and I couldn´t be a happier costumer. Will highly recommend Popfurniture to everyone!

Excellent customer service

After weeks of hesitation I decided to buy the Akira desk chair. Not being able to try the chair was frightening me a bit but really liked the looks so after some research and contact with the friendly customer support I decided to take the risk. Happy I did! The chair looks as nice as expected. Unfortunately the base of the chair was damaged so I contacted the customer support that in their first email mentioned that the new base is on the way, the old one I could use as spare (so no difficulties in sending it back etc.). Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The Customer service did a great job…

The Customer service did a great job intracking down my order. Unfortunately DHL was'nt playing on the same level when following up their part of the delivery.
