This became my go-to for PDF merging

This became my go-to for compiling PDF files into one PDF file. Although the free version restricts me to one PDF merge, for at least 10 hours, it's quite better than the Adobe's PDF merger, since I'm not able to merge any further files unless if I subscribed to their pricy Adobe plans.

Unfair €34 penalty fee after unused…

Unfair €34 penalty fee after unused trial auto-renewal

I signed up for a trial and forgot to cancel. Smallpdf charged €90 for an annual subscription. I canceled immediately without using any Pro features or tools after the charge occurred.

When I contacted customer support, they refused a full refund and only returned €56, keeping €34 as an "early termination fee" and "1 month usage" for a service I never used once.

Holding back €34 from a customer who canceled immediately and made zero use of the platform is very unfair. I request Smallpdf to review my ticket and issue a full refund of the remaining €34.
