My wife resigned from Swiggy and this is how HR treated their ex-employee (post separation): She resigned from her role after serving full 2 months notice period. Friday- Her last working Day Monday- She returned the laptop and office assets. Thursday- She got her FnF amount...........yeah let that sink in. Swiggy released full n final settlement amount in just 3 working days. They delivered fast to their customers I always knew but they are fast when it comes to their employees, I had no idea. We clashed in Thrillathon 2.0, truly living our ‘Sports Team with a Heart’ philosophy. Over 1,000 Swiggsters recharged at the Wellness Pitstop, and our engineers powered through rapid prototyping at the Consumer Apps Hackathon. The Swigstree community levelled up with self-defence training and bonded through Swigstree Connect. Meanwhile, appreciation buzzed through the halls, with more than 400 Joymails landing on desks and lifting spirits. Between all the excitement, Zen Zones and stretch breaks kept us grounded and ready for more. Every moment reminded us what these gatherings are really about — people, energy, and togetherness. Why crawl when you can run with your systems? Our build times had grown into an inconvenience, running for almost an hour. We tackled the problem by tarring node_modules, switching to Yarn Workspaces, pruning Git bloat, running builds in parallel, and decoupling SDK publishing. The outcome of Swiggster's efforts was a massive 60–80% reduction in build times and 100+ developer hours saved weekly.
