Hello Christian Davis, thank you for your feedback, that is a valid point you make, but we can assure you, there are no hidden fees at all.
The reason is of technical natur due to the payment system - simple as that. We are a german based company and we only work in Euros but for a better understanding of prices they are shown in the selected currency.
You can change that and see the price in any currency we offer when you click on the flag-symbol upper right on our website. There you can change the language and currency.

Absolutely horrendous customer support…
Absolutely horrendous customer support and servers, literally unplayable and i paid for decent servers, when i tried to cancel, they gave me excuses saying that i had signed a 12 month contract that couldn't be cancelled, eventually they agreed to cancel it, but what do you know I'm charged again the next month, i had to cancel all of my cards!!! I reported them to the European trade commission, as they put me in a contract i had no idea i had entered. COMPLETE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Hi Fionn, thank you — I’m very sorry that you found the servers unplayable; that certainly shouldn’t have happened. In cases like this, it’s important to contact our support team so that we can identify the cause – usually it’s simply a matter of configuration.
It must have been very frustrating that you were charged again after requesting cancellation. We appreciate that you reported these specific billing and support issues. All our contracts have a minimum term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, as explained when selecting the minimum term before completing the order.
