Ruth:  I've used papers from Candy Doodles and X Cut dies along with a fab Emma Canning digi - Millie Birthday (and its only £1.25 - bargain!)  I've used Promarkers to colour plus a little liquid pearls.

I love the outcome of this card special since I am improving on my coloring skills!!
Emma - I have made a lovely little bunting this week using the Sugar Plum Daisy Collection.

Shary -  I've made a card using my fav Emma Canning image called  Taylor - Camping Day. She's been coloured with Copics. The papers and sentiment are from the Candy Doodles CD Rom and I've stitched and distress inked around them.
Ashley- I have made a clean and simple banner card using the fabulous Picknix CD ROM. I added just glitter and an adorable owl from the Sugar Birdies CD ROM to finish it off.
Miria - I made my card using a lovely Emma Canning's digi, I coloured it with Distress; paper and sentiment are from cd Candy Doodles, I used some scraps for the bunting and add rhinestones on the flowers.
Anne -  I've used the new Here Comes Christmas cd for my card this week.  I layered the letters onto the paper before cutting our the little banners.  The snowman was simply printed, cut our and stuck onto the card.

Norine - I absolutely LOVED this week's challenge...I'm all about the banners and bunting these days!!   And I adore the cute Emma Canning images!!  The background paper is from the new Picknix cd and the banner bits are miscellaneous scraps from Pretty Sweet, and the sentiment is from Sundae of Seasons.
Clare - This week I have made a rocker card and have used another lovely Emma Canning image and her name is Taylor "I'm Sorry". I have coloured her with Promarkers and covered her in Glossy Accents. The paper's are from Studio 12 Picknix Collection 1. The bunting is from a Stampin' Up punch. Ribbon, bow and buttons from my crafty stash.
Daniele......I have used images and papers from the new Studio 12 Cd, layered up the bunting and lemonade stall......soooooo sweet..

So, onto this week's challenge!  The theme this week is:

Go Green and Recycle!

So get using all those bits and bobs that you just knew you could use!  Stuck for inspiration, then have a look below at the Design Team's creations!

The challenge runs until 12noon GMT on Sunday 29 July and please remember our rules!  The first placed winner wins a download bundle from the store!

Ruth:   I've gone for an old favourite - the cupcake template from Paper Boutique Vol 3 and the green colourway.  I've cut out all the elements and layered them up with foam pads, added some glitter glue around the edges of the cake and added a line of silver dots around the inside of the star.  My recycling is the ribbon from a long gone box of chocolates and the brown card is from a sample Wedding invitation.

Shary - I have used one of Emma Canning's digistamps called Millie Birthday, she is available from the Polkadoodles online shop. She's been coloured with Copics. The papers are all from the Pretty Sweet CD Rom. The string is my piece of recycling, I've just coloured it with some tattered rose distress ink.

Lucy: For this challenge, I used recycled brown paper. I spritzed it with gold and copper shimmer sprays. I stamped the image on to cream card with Neighbour Clear stamps. I coloured them with just brown Pro Markers.

Fliss: I've hijacked the challenge this week as I love recycling and have made my card using the Paige Wedding Day image turned into an evening dress. My recycling is some greyboard which I painted and stamped having die cut an oval. I also used some die cut and embossed yogurt packing and some pretty printed packaging. The backing paper is from A Double Sprinkle of Kraft and the sentiment Sugarplum Daisy. I did some stamping with the flourish flower from the Daisy Doodle stamp set.

Daniele.....for my recycled item I used an acetate piece of packaging to create this snow scene Christmas card, this is also a sneek peek of the new Christmas Cd due out real soon, I made the trees and snowman small using gimp (one inch high) even the little snowman is layered up, I decoupaged his hat and scarf. It wouldn't be christmas without lots of glitter.

Clare - I loved this challenge as I'm all for recycling. I regularly buy my two kitties cat grass as they are indoor furbabies. I used the box the grass came in as the base for my bookmarks then covered them with the lovely polka dot papers from the Pretty Tuff CD. I made three bookmarks so that I could use some more of the gorgeous girly images from Emma Canning. I used Millie, Paige and Summer. The sentiment is from Studio 12 Picknix Collection 1. I have coloured the images with Promarkers & used Brushed Corduroy Distressed Ink Pad around the edges of my work. I finished the bookmarks off with red Doodle Dewdrops

Anne - I've used Studio 12 Picknix collection for my card this week.  Once I'd printed the embelishments I gave them a few coats of modge podge so they have a nice sheen before adding a couple of little recycled buttons to the finished card.

Good luck with the challenge - closing date is Sunday 29 July at 12noon GMT.

So, onto this week's challenge!  Something a little different as we are challenging you to make a

Gift Card holder!

The first placed winner from this challenge will win a copy of Paper Boutique Vol 3 cd!

Ruth:  I've used an old favourite - Paper Boutique Vol 2 and cut out the pre coloured Santas (he's been lightly glittered!) with my Nesties and then made a template for the gift card with papers from the same cd.  Pretty quick and easy to make - that is why there are 4!

Patty: For this lovely challenge I used some papers purple dots left on my desk layered on to some white card. Used Emma Canning image Birthday Girl, coloured it with my Prismacolors pencils.

Lisa - for my creation this month I've used my old favourites from the Back to Nature CD, the owls of course, and papers from Sundae of Seasons. To see what's inside the giftcard you have to pop over to my blog as there isn't room here to show you all the photos.

Lucy ~  For this lovely challenge I used papers from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD Rom, layered on to some black card. The image is stamped with the Gracie Fairy Flutterfly Rubber stamp. Coloured in with Pro Markers.

AnneThese gorgeous papers are from the new Studio 12 Picknix CD .  I just printed them straight onto  white 320gm card turned it around and did the same on the other side.

Daniele, for my card I used the really sweet bumble bee image from the Sugarplum Daisy Cd and added lots of gliiter .....cos I lurvvvvve my glitter, I did layer up parts of the image for added dimension, I made a pocket for the front of the card and popped in a matching tag, you can add a giftcard to the front or back of the tag.

Shary - I've made a gift card holder that holds a credit card gift voucher. The papers are from Sundae of Seasons and I've edged them all with peeled paint. The image on the front is from the Pretty Sweet CD and I've coloured her with Copics. The sentiment on the inside is from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD and again I've used Peeled paint to colour it. I've added a little bit of ribbon and some gem brads to finish it off.

Good luck with the challenge - deadline for entries is 15 July at 12noon GMT and don't forget our rules! *****

So, onto this week's challenge!
The winning entry this week will receive a FREE Picknix CD to add to their stash!

Hi, Polkadoodles lovers! Miria from Italy here. This week's challenge theme is up to me. I got inspired by a typical British ceremony and I chose Trooping the colour(s): you have to use not just one like the Queen but as many colours as you can, a real challenge for me, too as I usually like using matching colours or even monochrome!

You have until 12noon (GMT) on Sunday 1 July to enter so make sure you get your entries in to be in with a chance of winning a fab prize!

Ruth: Well, this is a lot of colour for me! I've altered a plain brown takeout bag and used the Pen and Paper Circle Club kit 1, which is now unavailable (sorry!) but sign up to pre order kit 4 as soon as the notification is given! I've coloured the image with Promarkers and used some scalloped Netabilities for the sentiment and tag.
Fliss - Well, I think you might agree I have a riot of colour on my card as I decided the best way to incorporate lots of colour was to do a garden scene. All papers and elements are from the Sugarplum Daisy CD as the bright summery colours are really needed in the weather we've had lately. The only embellishing due to the busy style of the card is a touch of punching and stitched ribbon.
Shary Quite a hard challenge for me too this week but I think I managed to add a lot of colour! I made an easel card and I've used images, sentiment and papers from the Pretty Tuff CD. I then added some of my own buttons and ribbon.
Miria For my card I used a coloured stampie from cd Candy Doodles then I created the multicoloured background using scraps from various PD cds. The sentiment is from a stamp set of PPC issue 2 and I added just some buttons.
Daniele.....for my card I have used images from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD to make this centre stepper card. The bird and bee are on wobblers so that they stand out and move
Anne - I didn't find this as easy as I though I would. So I then decided that these pretty little banners from the new Picknix Collection (In The Garden) were the way to go. the card materialised from there. So many yummy things on there that I didn't need anything else.
Lisa - I haven't made a kinetic card for ages so thought that the images from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD would be perfect to use for this Quad Easel card.
Good luck with the challenge!  The link will be open until 12noon GMT on Sunday 1 July and don't forget our rules!

Now for the all important details of this week's theme which is Lots Of Flowers, as many as you can add in the form of background papers, a floral image, paper or fabric flowers etc etc. Here's what the Design team have come up with and I think you'll agree there are a lot of flowers here!

Ruth: I've gone for an old favourite and used Paper Boutique Vol 1 for this wonderfully shaped card!  I used the A5 pre printed version and cut everything out, layering up the flowers with foam pads.  For an extra bit of bling, I've added seed beads to the flower centres and glitter around the edges of the flowers.

Daniele, for my card I thought I use the Daisy doodles stamps this time, colouring and embossing some of them and then layering them up.

Miria For my card I used these superinspirational flowers and sentiment from cd Candy Doodles , I simply distressed them with Black Soot Distress Inkpad. I added two die-cut flowers from Marianne Design and buttons.

Lisa - The Crafting Owl. I used my fav CDROM Sundae of Seasons for the fab papers and seeing as the theme is flowers, Marianne Dies were the obvious choice.

Ashley- I made my own background flower paper using the Daisy doodles rubber stamp set (flowers), I also used the adorable owl from the Sugar Birdies CDROM.

Fliss - I've made a simple shaped card using a pretty image and gorgeous rose paper with a floral border from the Sugarplum Daisy CD. As you can see there are loads of flowers here. I made a floral embellishment using a layered flower die and leafy flourish by Marianne Design and finished off with a sentiment and pretty butterfly.

Patty - I've used a sweet image from the Sugarplum Daisy CD using plain papers and embossing for texture. I added a pretty lacy die cut circle and some stamped flowers to finish off.

Some fabulous inspiration here and we can't wait to see your creations. You have until 12 noon on Sunday 17 June to enter and please don't forget to check those rules.

It's my (Claire P) turn to host the challenge this week and as I do so love my doodling. Please include a doodled border or element in your project.
As it's our birthday we're adding an extra element to our challenge - this has to be a Birthday Card or project for us! Don't forget you have all that candy to win!!

Emma - Hello there, just joining Team A again for the lovely doodled edge challenge. I have used elements from the Sugar Plum Daisy CDROM again...... I just can't stop using this CD, I luuuuurve it so!!!! This little Bee is the BUZZ is he not? I failed on the stashbox stamp element but hey, when I have such a cute little fella like this to craft with, I forgot all about my other stamps.

Anne - I've used papers from the second edition of the Pen and Paper Circle mag and the little sentiment ticket is from the Pretty Tuff CD.

Lucy: This week I decided to go for some lovely bright colours. I used the backing papers from the Sugar Plum Daisy CD Rom and used matching Pro Markers & Flexi Markers to colour in the digi image. I doodled around the edge with a glue pen and then covered in glitter!

Caire P - Since it's my challenge this week I really had to join in with team A (I have recently moved over to B) I have used papers from a free Polka doodles set that came with a crafting magazine recently. Main image from Sundae of Seasons cd, fab fun ladybugs from Sugarplum Daisy cd as is the sentiment tag. With that all important finishing touch, a tad of doodling!

Enfys: A rustic garden sort of card from me this week, image ready coloured from Sundae of Seasons, with some extra blooms cut out and popped on. I added a burlap square, which frayed nicely, so I used a bit of the frayed stuff to make a string bow for the sentiment. Doodled around the edge of the card, and the circle of the image and I was done..... (I forgot about stashbox stamp week, but hey, with images like this, who cares!)

Lisa - 'The Crafting Owl'. Oooh as soon as I saw this challenge I knew it was right up my street! I've used an image from Sugar Plum Daisy and backing papers from Sundae of Seasons.

Doreen:  I've used an image from Sugar Plum Daisy and the backing papers is from Sundae of Seasons and Sugar Plum Daisy. I love to mix the paper.

Ruth:  I love this cute bear template from Paper Boutique Vol 3.  I used the A5 size, cut out all the elements and layered them up with foam pads.  The 'gift' is made with an offcut of card that I've doodled around the edge and added a ribbon bow and a die cut number 1

Fliss: I've used images from the Sugarplum Daisy CD and papers are a mix from there and the Pretty Sweet CD. My doodling was inspired by the leafy Martha Stewart punched border and I did a lot of layering for the final design of my creation.

Daniele, for my card I have used the sweet mouse image from The Sugar Plum Daisy Cd coloured in with Prisma pencils, I have doodled lines around the embossed background to create a frame.

Miria I made a quick easel card for a boy's birthday. I used coloured stampies, paper and sentiment from cd Pretty Tuff.  Easy peasy!

So there's your inspiration - some fantastic projects from the DT this week I think you'll agree! You have until Sunday 3 June at 12 noon GMT to enter the challenge, so just add your URL to the Linky below! Good Luck!
