If you are creating a new account in a new installation, it might take longer than the two minute timeout to finish connecting the CLI. You wind up with an error message that tells you how to delete the partial installation.

I think we could fix this a couple ways - we could ask if you already have a swamp club account, and if you don't, we could send you an alternate flow to create the account and then do the full auth flow, or we can extend the timeout to something very long (which has some upsides anyway). Either way, since the product won't break without auth, I wonder if erroring the installer is the right move if we fail on auth.
