New Girlz Rebel Challenge - Anything Goes Plus Washi Tape

 

We're back today on the Girlz Rebel Challenge Blog with a new challenge:

Here's another view of my card:

To make my card I used a pack of mixed black and white washi tapes from The Works.  I put strips of the tapes onto a piece of white card and then die cut a circle using a Spellbinders circle die.

I die cut a larger circle using black paper as a mat and then cut two squares for the base of the card.

The sentiment is from the 'Simply Said' stamp set from Stampin' Up.

This is the first card I've made using the new Seaside Splendour collection from Relatively Thoughtful:

It's a beautiful collection of images, papers and details to fussy cut and you can find it here on the website as a paper collection posted to you and here as a digital collection.

I've used two of the papers and one of the beautiful coastal images just adding a stamped sentiment and some gems to finish my card.

I'm sharing my first card made with a new Stampin' Up set of stamps, dies and masks called Thankful Garden.  I stamped one of the flowers and then coloured it using the masks and two colours of ink - Highland Heather and Mossy Meadow.  I achieve the different layers by using increasing pressure with my blending brush at each stage.

This is a card I made last week for a mystery stamping evening on Zoom with the people the Stampin' Up team I belong to.  We were given the measurements for the base card, blue card and patterned paper and could then arrange them as we wanted to.

I added some white ribbon, some Card Candi and a stamped panel using a Stampin' Up stamp and square die.

The patterned paper I used is also from Stampin' Up.

To make my card I used a very cute card kit from Anne Constantly-Carding.  She has designed a great series of 'Balloon Boy' kits - all very cute!

For this card I've used 'Balloon Boy Series 5' which you can find here.

You get the patterned paper (full size and half size) plus the cute image and sentiments.  I used a piece of pale blue card from Craft Creations as my base card and embossed the top of the card blank with a Stampin' Up embossing folder.

It makes a very easy but cute card!

To make my card I used paper and one of the toppers from the beautiful 'Gill's Floral Arrangements Part One' from Anne Constantly-Carding.

I layered the paper with some Mossy Meadow card stock from Stampin' Up and used dies from Stampin' Up plus an outline sticker sentiment.
