Dad's happenings at 38!

Happy Birthday Curtis!  Lots of great things happened that week!

Ella was on her way to losing her first tooth.  How exciting!
A few days later it was gone.  Yay, it's now a toothless girl!  She was thrilled with her first experience because the tooth came out all on its own and she didn't have to get her dad to pull it.  She also could not believe that she lost hers so early compared to her big sis, Em!
We started a new tradition this Christmas with our favorite family, the Houskeepers.  We had a Christmas morning breakfast together that happened to be on Curtis' birthday.  It was great to have a double celebration!
Costco cinammon rolls were his cake.  These are a favorite of his.  Mmm, so gooey and good!
Present time!  We also celebrated at the Olive Garden for dinner.
These are the Christmas outfits that I put together.  I even included the boys this time.  I love my cute kids!
These are the girls' headbands that I made to go along with the dresses.  Have I mentioned that I love to do the matching thing!

We can't wait for Christmas!  It's just around the corner!

Evey's 3!

We just can't believe how Evey has grown up so fast!  What a great girl she is!  We were SO happy to celebrate this cutie.  She was really good and had such a fun day!

Evey chose to go to Red Robin for lunch, upon Ella's recommendation!
Her outfit was part of her tinfoil presents!  I thought she looked so cute in it!
Sipping soda that they rarely get!
The creamy macaroni and cheese was the part they were looking forward to!  Evey got a free icecream sundae and got sung to, with a balloon to take home!
She has been loving Toy Story these days so it was an easy choice in making a cake.  I love all the little toys!

Her main gift from mom and dad was a brand new bike!  She has loved it and wanted to spend every minute on it!

Evey sure makes life exciting!  We are so happy that she is a part of our family.  She is truly a grown up girl with a regular vocabulary!  She tells us how it is and lets us know exactly how she is feeling and exactly what she wants!  It's great to have such a strong spirit in the home.  Perhaps she'll lead us all one day!  We love you forever Evey!

Mom's 34!

Yup, it's sad to say that another year went by and it's the inevitable of being one year older.  At least I had wonderful family and friends to celebrate with!

Lyndsi set up a fun friend birthday dinner at 25 Main.  Yum!  Thanks everyone for coming!  She also had me over for lunch that day to have some delicious bow tie salad and cake!   Much better than at the Pizza Factory!  Thanks Lyndsi!  You are such a thoughtful and loving friend.  I am so blessed to have you in my life!
Jana Stapley and Katie Melo.  We miss these girls.  They both moved out of our neighborhood. :(

We went to Cafe Rio for dinner ofcourse, with the kids.  I made my own spice cake to have after.  Mmmm!

This is the start of a birthday month. Yay!  We love December!
