Ella's 7th Birthday!

My very sweet, little 6 pounder at birth, Ella Shae is now 7!  Seven is a WAY bigger age than six!  Ella is adorable in every way and we were so happy to celebrate this most girly of girls!  She is our most feminine, artistic, dramatic, and fancy girl at home.  We just love every piece of her!

Here she comes:
Another word to describe Ella is expression!!  Just look at these great reactions she gives to her simple tinfoil gifts!

I think she takes after her brother in the expression department!
Ella is my berry girl.  She will eat any and every berry there is, just like her mama!
Our birthday girl going to school in style!

Emery colored this sign for Ella but she was a little embarassed to wear it to school.
Evey and I paid a visit to Ella at lunch.  We brought her favorite "cheesy noodles" and snacks!  These are her best buddies in her first grade class.  Rylee, Brianne, and Monika.
We got to bring pink coconut twinkie cakes for her class.  Good choice Ella!  Everyone loved them!
Ella chose to go to Golden Corral as a family for her yummy birthday dinner!  I think this will be a new tradition for the kids!  They just love it there!  What kids wouldn't with as much cotton candy as you want and...
a chocolate fountain behind you with all kinds of treats to dip!  Who needs dinner when you can have dessert first!
It's back to our place for presents and cake!

You look pretty cute Ella on your snazzy new bike!
I just love these adorable little Lalaloopsy dolls!  We love to collect them at our house.  These are the new ones she got for her birthday!

It was a raspberry cake on the inside!  As you know, Ella loves her berries and the color pink!
 Look at these cute kids!
We had to throw in Mrs. Goldfish.  Every project Ella does at school has to be a girl.  Hair accesories and make-up are a must.  And since I can't keep everything, we take pictures!  She is so cute Ella!

Ella, you are the sweetest 7 year old.  Thanks for having a birthday!  We LOVE you oh so much!

Our January adventures!

Ella had her 100 days of school so this is her project to represent that.  100 beads were counted out!  Evey had fun helping!
Emery got student of the month in writing for 3rd grade!  Way to go Em!  You do write so many wonderful things in your cards, pictures, and stories!
We spent a Saturday in Snow Canyon looking for some caves.  They were so cool!
We were prepared with flashlights, except many of them were the cheap dollar store ones with barely any light!

We saw a bat hanging upside down, sleeping, really!

Shellie and Allen met us there with Shane and Laura's boys!
It sure was a fun day.  We are always up for a new adventure!

It's the Super Hancock Sisters!

This double birthday party was such a blast!  These sisters are so cute and sweet to want to have a party together and to think of the theme together!  Also, it was a theme that suited both girls and boys!

My favorite part of this invite is their cute heads placed on Princess Peach's and Princess Daisy's bodies!  Ha ha!
It's Princess Peach and Princess Daisy!  I love my Super Hancock girls!  They are the best!  Em is 9 here and Ella is about to be 7 years old.  Ahhh!
Remember when these adorable sisters dressed up as Princess Peach and Princess Daisy for Halloween 2008!  Oh how I miss their littleness!  Ella is 3 here and Em is just 5.
They looked so super cute!  Too bad they couldn't have worn their costumes for this party.  Why do they have to grow? :(
The party favors for the boys...
 and for the girls.
 Some decorations
I glued cardstock princesses onto Disney figurines to hold these balloons down.
The cupcake stands that I made because I want it all to match!
Mmmm.  There are so many great cupcake recipies out there!
I thought it was great how at the last minute, Carter, Caden, and Tait all decided to be the Mario Brothers.  I was so grateful for their help and most of all for their enthusiasm!
The party guests are arriving wondering who these strange little men are!
As guests were arriving, the Mario Brother's Show was playing!
We had fun playing freeze dance which turned into a conga line with 25+ children!  Carter was playing his Mario music.  So perfect!
It's "Happy Birthday to You" time!  I don't think we have ever been able to fit this many kids around the table at once.  It's a record for sure!
The main activity was jumping time in this wonderful bounce house that we borrowed from Shane and Laura!  Thanks guys.  It was so useful and helped with crowd control.  About half the kids played on here while the other half played in the basement!  So fun!
Emery and Ella received this cute Polly Pocket rollercoaster from Makell Fullmer.  Emery put it all together on her own without looking at the directions.  I was so impressed with her skills.  I don't think I could even do that now!  Evey is Emmy's little right hand gal!  She loves to do the things Emery is doing and follow her every step of the way!

Thanks to Emery and Ella's friends for making the party come alive and for all of the wonderful presents and fun!  We are lucky to know such great families!
