13 Days left in the Samurai Warriors Kickstarter!!!

ONLY 13 days left to get in on the most amazing 28mm Samurai Models on the market. He has also show a few more of the new sculpts (seen in this post). I am telling you if you are big into samurai, historical wargaming, or just want an amazing hobby project with the highest quality of minis, Steel Fist Miniatures should be your first stop. Please back the kickstarter so that this range can grow as it deserves to.

I was extremely pleased with backing them on their first Samurai Lords kickstarter, which produced many of the Daimyo of the Battle of Sekigahara. These models are AMAZING In my opinion, and you can see my unboxing review of them here.

Steel Fist is dedicated to bringing the highest level of accuracy (I found them in the magazine Wargames: Soldiers and Startegy, rated with the HIGHEST accuracy of any Samurai models), highest level of detail, and truly the widest variety of options. Sure Perry and Wargames factory may have most of your army covered, but the research he does to find the coolest and most unique sets of armour and weapons is amazing, and it really allows these models to become the leaders and star pieces/focal points of units/armies.

With that being said, this kickstarter is aimed at producing more humble soldiers and expanding the Sekigahara range. However, these models should still be exquisite and are well worth the investment for any Ancient wargamer or just a historical model enthusiast. After adepticon this coming year, I know I am going to buckle down on my Samurai and French Napoleonics for sure.

So please consider backing Steel Fist Miniatures. HIS ENTIRE SEK RANGE is available via the kickstarter, so if you are planning on buying any of his samurai anyway, back through the kickstarter to get them. Sure you may have to wait a little bit, but it is worth it to see these beautiful models come to fruition AND for the exclusive BONUS MINI limited to the starter.
Cool Bonus Mini based off of a Warrior Monk.
I unfortunately can only grab 1 pack at this time, but if that is all you can do to, you will not regret it, because they truly are wonderful products!

And if you think I am getting paid to promote this, NOPE. I am doing this because I 100% believe in Steel Fist and the models Mr. James is making. He is an artist and if you love Samurai, you should not miss out.

Unboxing: Samurai Lords Kickstarter by Steel Fist Miniatures

SO I got my Samurai Lords Kickstarter  rewards last night and let me tell you WOW! These are the highest quality miniatures there are. The level of detail is astounding.

Exclusive KS reward mini
Just look at that. It really is that finely detailed at 28mm.

You can check out Steel Fist here and get some of your own. All the kickstarter minis are available aready!

If you are starting Samurai for War and Conquest or Pike and Shotte, you can't go wrong getting some Steel Fist stuff to spruce up your army. Sure, you will have to use Wargames Factory and Perry for the the bulk of your forces, but this stuff should be your centerpieces. I plan on painting a few to submit for crystal brush at adepticon 2016. If you are looking to do a pure hobby/painting project, these minis offer one of the best options IMO.
Every model, from Daimyo to humble bannerman, is finely detailed and crafted. You can tell that hundreds of hours of research and sculpting went into each set. They truly are incredible minis.
The only issue I have is that he did as a kickstarter suffer some delays, but most were out of his control and were with the casters. I think there are no issues any more now that he has his stock.
I also am missing a single piece, a katana for my exclusive KS mini, however I have tones of plastic ones that I can easily use, so this is no big issue either.

So check out the video and check out Steel Fist Miniatures!

Samurai Lords Kickstarter from Steel Fist Miniatures is Live (Some of the best 28mm models you will ever see)

Before I talk, I'll just link up here to the kickstarter to save time

So I have a small amount of Samurai I have been working on for use in War and Conquest and/or Pike and Shotte. I have gotten many yet, just 2 box sets from Wargames Factory. Now those box sets are amazing for plastics. Really REALLY nice in terms of variety of parts and poses you can build models in, although this makes them a little fiddly/slow to assemble.

BUT if you want to discuss the highest detail/quality of sculpts you have to talk about Steel Fist Miniatures.
From their 16th Century Samurai Lords Range
Lately they have been developing their Sekigahara Range, which is based of the year 1600 battle of battles for Samurai. These are not only supposed to represent the pinnacle of Samurai warfare, but be superior miniatures to his original amazing range, something which I think they achieved.

As you can see that is awesome.

But now there is a kickstarter to make the range faster, bigger and more comprehensive. As of writing this is is almost have way to its modest 3000 GBP goal, so easily achievable.

And everyone who pledges at least 1 goal level gets this free model in addition to their pledge reward

I won't go into all the reward and unlock levels, since you can easily go there and do so. I recommend it, if for nothing else other than to look at truly impressive models.
