📚 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐒𝐈𝐍 📚 Is the first full length new adult romance book within the (Beautiful Sin) series by new to me author Jennilyn Wyer. Ends in a cliffy.
Annnndddd inhaled! This ticked so many boxes and exceeded all my expectations, went in blind, licked the cover, read the synopsis and I was off reading at my hearts content.
I loved the mystery this book was shrouded in, the twists and turns, hated the cliffy but it's definitely got me screaming for the next book.
This definitely won't be the last book I read by this author, I'm already eyeing up another of hers to give a try because she had me eating out of the palm of her hand with this story.
3 hot guys
And the 1 girl who was a walking question mark. We got small snippets of what had happened to her, parents killed, she was left for dead, suffers from PTSD and has scars marring her body. She recalls nothing of her past only when they visit her in her nightmares. She has no clue who she really is.
Tristan 22: is the heir to a throne he could care less about. At the age of thirteen he started to develop triggering migraines.
Hendrix 22: On the surface he's your rich preppy guy with a Boston accent but delve deeper and he's a lethal animal ready to strike.
Constantine 23: Syn thinks he's the scariest out of the group, with soulless eyes, he doesn't speak, like ever, to communicate he using ASL, until her. These three hate their fathers. He's covered in tattoo from his neck to his ankles.
They were trained and ruthless killers by the time they turned twelve years old.

Then we have two twins (Aleksander & Aleksei) who have got their eye on Syn. Tristan, Hendrix & Con despise these two.
She's adopted by a woman named Alana who raises her on a secluded farm. Getting a scholarship to Darlington Founders University is a dream she never expected.
Then she witnesses something she shouldn't have and now is living with 3 over the top hot guys, Tristan Amato, Hendrix Knight, and Constantine Ferreira heirs of the council. She should be very afraid of them. But for some inexplicable reason she's not, she's drawn to them instead.

As far as contemporary RH goes, this one isn't that bad!!
Solid plot, solid characters, and I guess pretty okay writing.
Okay maybe a little less than okay because there were a lot of these:
“He’ll break you.” I shudder at the implied threat.
“You can’t break what’s already broken,” I tell him.
BLEEEUGHHHHH
and this:
“Why pre-med?”
“I want to help people like me.”
Wanting to dig deeper, I ask, “Like you?”
She looks down at my chest and fiddles with one of the buttons on my shirt. “People who are damaged.”
BLEEUGHHHHHHH
get me away from all this cheese I'm lactose intolerant
Character names could've been better. Naming the fmc Syn IS a sin. And Constantine can sometimes be a mouthful to say (this might just be a me problem lol 😞) LOVE the character tho!!
Ik Con is the crowd favorite, and prob Tristan too because he's nice. But I gotta place my vote on Hendrix. He reminds me SO much of Damon Salvatore lol it made me SICK when I realized Hendrix was blond and not the mysterious dark haired Damon I thought he was 😒
But oh boy do they know how to worship lol
Romance could be better I guess, contemporary RH is usually not my thing because they usually do not have a good enough reason to be in a polyamorous relationship, except like extreme lust or something lol
And because of shit like this:
“An electric spark that ignites as soon as he’s near. The bite mark he left pulses with life, and I cover it with my hand.”
In pnr romance/RH that could be romantic because it could be the bond or magic or whatever. In real life tho it kinda sounds like she has a flesh eating bacteria
I also got spoiled but it actually made me enjoy the book more LOLLLLL the romance isn't as cringe in this because of their circumstances.
Anyways....continuing because I'm REALLY curious about how the book is gonna handle Aleksander because mom we want him

Will continue this series solely because of Constantine 😆. Well, not solely because of him, but he's a favorite already. This is my first time reading this author, but I really enjoyed her writing style. I appreciate that although there's a lot of lust, it's balanced by the fact that the characters aren't dumb as rocks.

The story centers around Syn who has no memory of her life before a traumatic incident and after another incident finds herself living with three men who attend the same university.
There is nothing new under the sun with this story: men are drawn to her for "some unknown reason"; one guy in the harem hates her because she makes him feel; she has severe body betrayal syndrome; one guy isn't sweet to anyone but her; men rule the Society. All of these concepts can be found across multiple mafia/secret society RH's and this story doesn't add anything to the genre.
Also, I'm just so over the two fatal flaws in this book. The first one being "I hate him, but when he assaults me and throws me against the wall, my panties get wet. (i.e., body betrayal syndrome)" The second tiresome cliché is the ONE guy in the harem who hates the FMC for like, no good reason. I can't wait to read a story one day where the FMC doesn't allow her body to control her actions.

What was that ending????
I absolutely loved this "why choose" book! It had the perfect blend of spice and mystery!
This is my first book from this author and I am so glad I picked this up.
The book ends on a cliffy though, so please be warned!
Cannot wait for the next book! Fast paced and super amazing.

I received an ARC copy of this book, and this is my honest review of that copy.
This one, like many of Jennilynn’s books and series, had me on the edge of my seat the entire read. Trying to piece together every hint and Easter egg she left for us to find. This is book one in a three-book series, and it does end in a hell of a cliffhanger. Books two and three will be coming soon, though.
It is crucial to mention triggers in this book. Syn, our leading lady, has a painful past that she doesn’t remember due to PTSD. The book opens with the event that changed her life forever. It’s not overly descriptive, but it was something that happened that was bad and scarred her forever. But she can’t remember. She can’t remember why she has scars and burns to be able to explain to others. But she is beautiful, and it will take three men in particular to look past them and see that she is and will always be beautiful, Scars and all.
After this life-changing event in her life, we flash forward to her starting her first year of college. We meet Tristan, Hendrix and Constantine, Three men with their own scars. Some are hidden more than others, but you learn all of them have and share a special connection to Syn. I loved Constantine, but all three are amazing. The three guys are the sons and future leaders of their father's secret society circle. None of them want it, but it’s their lives; it’s what they are trained to do. So when Tristan meets Syn, he feels an urge to protect her. He knows enough to trust his gut, which tells him he has to protect her, even if it means forcing her to live under his roof with his two best friends. It is an Mfmm romance, but like her Savage series, she slowly burns your way to the whole group action. But there is plenty of steam in there to make you want more. So book two now doubt will be even more hot.

Beautiful Sin by Jennilynn Wyer is the First book in the Beautiful Sin Series. This starts the story of Synthia 'Syn'. Synthia has a traumatic event that left her with physical scars and no memory of the incident. Now in her present day she is about to leave her foster family with a scholarship to Darling Founders. There she has goals to start a fresh life and finding friends. But she ends up finding Tristan 'Tris', Hendrix 'Hen' and Constantine 'Con'. The guys are just months away from being a permanent part of the Society which is a secret organization for people wanting to have power. But the Society has taken a interest in Synthia. This book does end setting us up for the next installment in their story.

Omg that ending...wtf was that😱 I absolutely loved this freaking book and need more. I just knew Jennilynn was going to play with us or should I say play with Syn, because holy moley the twist and turns and so many damn secrets you didn't know what was coming next.
Man I feel like I've been pulled every which way to sunday from trying to figure out what's going on and who Syn can trust and are these people who she befriends to be trusted are they in her life for a reason.
I'm not giving anything away you just need to read this book and go on the wild ride this arthur takes you on.
Ugh the need for the 2nd book is mighty.

This is by far my favorite ever book this author has written, and I will scream at the top of my lungs forever that Constantine is the most incredible hero ever, and I just love him so freaking much. That boy is miiiiinnne, peeps!
I'm going to be very vague on the actual plot since it's the first book in a trilogy, but I honestly didn't know what to expect here but I could NOT stop reading. The action/suspense is done so freaking well, and just when you think you have it all figured out, *BAM* twisty cone in the face. The sneak peek for book two was also just so good and so cruel-- I can't wait until December to find out what happens! Who hurt you, JWyer?!?
There isn't a whole lot of spice happening just yet between all these characters, but i wasn't even bothered by that. The storyline is THAT good. I have my favorite of the Harem already, and he deserves the entire world. Sin/Aofie is such a bad*ass and I can't wait to see her burn the world down for what was done to her and her loved ones. I need to bypass these holidays so I have book two in my grabby little hands!
If you read one Rh series this year, make sure it's this one!

This is SO GOOD!!
I love the dynamics of the characters. There is so much mystery and I questioned everyone. This keeps you on your toes and is fast paced which I love.
I did not expect the ending!

Okay what did I just read and what did Jennilynn put in this book?! This is my first book by Jennilynn but it won't be my last and i'm not just saying this because this one ends in a MAJOR cliffhanger!!!!!!!
I went into this book pretty blind but I was absolutely blown away! I was drawn in from the very first page and I had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen! Just when I thought I had things sort of figured out, another curve ball came my way!
Syn or Synthia has little to no memory of her childhood because she was adopted by a woman named Alana. She doesn't know much but she has many scars on her body that prove she has been through something. She writes in her journal because she has terrible nightmares but could those nightmares actually be memories? She was diagnosed with PTSD and tends to lose track of time.
One night she is working at the college bar called the Bierkeller. She notices a cute stranger but doesn't think anything of it. His name is Tristian and he's with his two bodies Constantine and Hendrix. They are part of the secret society that forces them to attend college. They all seem to be going through the motions til graduation.
Synthia goes outside to go home for the night but immediately finds herself in danger. But not one guy comes to her rescue, all three do. Trisitan realizes that more than just him is interested in the girl from the bar.
In order to keep her safe, Trisitan makes Synthia move in with him and the guys. She finds herself frustrated she is in this situation but begins to realize that they are actually protecting her from outside forces. The more she is around the guys the more her feelings grow. But why should she have to choose just one of the guys?
I don't want to give too much away in this review because it is such a great book and I feel as though if I say anymore it will spoil what happens! Ahhh!! This was such a great book and I can't wait for the rest of the series!

'Beautiful Sin' is an amazing start for the new dark why choose series. A series I will love to pieces, if the pace and storytelling remain the same throughout the other two installments.
We meet Synthia, a young innocent woman who has no recollection of her past beside bone-chilling nightmares she's been enduring for most of her life. She's about to start her education at the prestigious Darling Founders University. She's here on a scholarship and is determined to become a doctor to help those simmilar to her, people with severe physical and emotional trauma.
One night an unfortunate event put three deadly handsome and lethal men in her way. Tristan, Hendrix and Constantine are entitled rich men, nine months away from taking their respectful place in the Society, a secret organisation made and run for people hungry for power and money. Tris, Hen and Con are eager to take that power back and send to hell those who raised them.

It's beautiful to watch how the four of them change and evolve, and start to work as a unit.
I liked everything about this book. Even this heart-wrenching cliffhanger. But I know it will be worth to wait to see the Phoenix rising from the ashes.
'Beautiful Sin' is an amazing start for the new dark why choose series. A series I will love to pieces, if the pace and storytelling remain the same throughout the other two installments.

Ohh I enjoyed. I am totally into romantic suspense as it’s helping to get me out of my book slump and this book had me enthralled! Late night finish for this and all bleary eyed today and that cliffhanger! Ouch.
Loved the FMC and her JPO men. Their chemistry is awesome. They definitely have an unconventional meeting. I don’t want to say too much as I will spoil it for someone else reading. I can’t wait to see what hoppens in book 2. Is totally invested now

Now this was a epic book to read! It literally had everything that you would want within this book.
The plot of this story was spectacular and the characters were perfection. I was left wanting more soon after and I can’t wait for book two to come.

This was a really good book, like all of Jennilynn's that I've read! I love a good why choose book! I was on the edge of my seat wanting more! Be sure to read the TWs. Also, this is the first book in a series, so it does end in a WTH cliffhanger!

Okay, wow!!! First things first, if you are looking for a cute, sweet romance, this is not the book for you. But if you're looking for a dark, gritty, heart in your throat story featuring merciless anti-heroes, then look no further.
I finished this book in less than a day and it stayed with me. The cliffhanger had me on the edge of my seat. Now, let's talk about the men (I know, that's why you're reading this review 🔥), meet Tristan, Hendrix, and Constantine. They are the sons and future leaders of an underground secret society; ruthless, dangerous, sexy, and extremely possessive anti-hero's, each with their own vulnerability and deeply ingrained scars that they attempt to disguise.
Syn is our heroine, and she is starting her first year at college. Her traumatic history has left her with bodily scars and burns. Because of how horrible the experience was, she can only recall fragments of it. Syn was a fantastic and beautiful character on the inside and out, and what happened to her shattered my heart.
The chemistry between the mmc’s and the heroine is off the charts. Not only was this story 🥵 It also had heaps of emotion and action that struck me throughout. This author truly understands how to captivate readers with her writing. The suspenseful and jaw-dropping plot line kept my eyes riveted to my kindle. The migraine from staying up all night instead of sleeping for work the next day was truly worth it.
Overall I absolutely loved this book and I can not wait for the follow up!!

A million stars for my new obsession Beautiful Sin series and one broken heart for the amazing author, Jennilynn Wyer, for punishing me with a brutal amd cruel cliffhanger. And the fact that the second book will be coming out in about 3 months is a slap to my besotted face. Finally, finally I have found myself a why-choose romantic suspense where all the main male characters have only eyes for the heroine and not for each other as well. Lately, all the reverse harems have at least two of the heroes in love with one another along with the heroine. It is always fun and smexy to read them but sometimes, a girl just wannabe the only center of attention. Thankfully, Beautiful Sin has given me my wish and all three guys are individually obsessed and possessive of Syn and enigmatically gravitate towards her at all times. The secret society plot is quite elaborate and much more intriguing with certain “loss of memory” angle. I am just hoping that maybe the author takes pity on us and not make us wait three months to get the rest of Syn and her lovers’ story.

This book was beautiful and tragic, and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Our female lead, Syn, had a life altering event that happened to her ten years ago, and she can’t remember a thing about it. She is left with scars and nightmares that she tries to piece together to better understand, but she can’t. Fast forward to her starting college. She is nervous but excited to be on her own after it has just been her and her adoptive mother for the past ten years.
One night after work, she sees something she shouldn’t and that is when she ends up being kidnapped (for her safety) and is forced to live with three beautiful and broken men who have scars of their own. Hidden scars and secrets that make them extra dangerous. One by one, they infiltrate her every thought, and she finds herself falling for the three men. Each of them are different, though all of them are quite alluring. All wealthy playboys. All have secrets.
Constantine is the quiet yet extremely smart one. He is comfort for Syn. He treats her like a delicate flower.
Tristan is bold and authoritative. He has a bit of a temper, yet when he sees Syn, she is all he sees.
Hendrix is the cocky, threatening one of the group. His good looks and charm get him far. It takes him a while to warm up to Syn because he doesn’t trust people easily.
Syn is a mystery to them. They dig into her past and start to wonder what the heck happened to her. Someone knows something and is after her. The Twins (who are enemies of the guys) seem extremely interested in Syn, and the guys want to know why.
After hearing Syn say something in a different language, Constantine figures out a piece to her past. The guys are beside themselves and will now do whatever it takes to protect her.
This book ends on a cliffhanger, and when I tell you I gasped at the end…😲

I need more!
This is my introduction to Jennilynn Wyer. And it was one heck of an intro. This book captivated me from the beginning and refuse to let go. I have not read a book so fast in a while. And this…this is exactly what I wanted and needed.
Once you’ve read enough books, why choose academia based books tend to follow the same pattern. Which is not a bad thing. Clearly it’s working. I think the hard part is finding a way to put a “spin” on it. Making the old, new. This author did that exceptionally well.
Syn has very different relationships with Tristan, Constantine, and Hendrix. And somehow this book had me extremely emotionally invested. The world building and plot development is chefs kiss.
This is only the beginning so that cliffhanger…ahhh. It had me on the edge of my seat. The spice is medium. The build and angst is there. You get two really hot panty melting scenes. But trust me when I tell you they are worth it!
Go read this book. You’re welcome.

What a brilliant start to a new trilogy! I absolutely loved reading this book. Syn, is so strong, she really is like a phoenix. I cannot wait for the mystery around her to unravel and she finally will find out her past.
The guys, Tristan, Constantine and Hendrix are definitely complex characters. So much darkness surrounds them. To the outside world they are powerful, rich and gorgeous but behind closed doors they are simply tools to their families greed. Bound by the shackles of their families legacies.
I love the guys individually and together they are spectacular! They each are different in many ways which help’s to develop their individual relationships with Syn.
They are drawn to Syn but nothing is as it seems and I loved the way Jennilynn weaved her magic over me, making me keep reading, needing more!

The way Synthia, Tristan, Hendrix and Constantine meet, is not an everyday one. But it brings them together in a way they need to stay together. The visible and unvisible scars create a bond between them.
From the beginning Hendrix was my favorite, can’t quite explain why, he is an a** to Syn more than once, but somehow I could sense another side to him.
I finished this book early morning, but I’m still stuck at the end, that major (and this one really is major) cliffhanger. I’m still processing the end of this first book in the trilogy. And I was maybe a bit mad at Miss Wyer for having that cliffhanger, and she knows it, she’s been taunting us for a while now. But to be clear, I very much loved reading this book. And I will read it again right before the second part releases.

Jennilynn Wyer is a new, to me author, and she blew me away with this book!

However, we are left with more questions.
Hendrix, Tristan, and Constantine, I absolutely loved each of them. We get a perfect blend of personalities between the three of them. Con is probably my favorite though.

Here’s the honest truth, I LOVE Jennilynn Wyer’s RH books, but i remember the agony of reading the arcs of savage kingdom series and waiting for the next one, because damn those cliffhangers!!! So back when i was signing up, i was contemplating whether or not to sign up, because i needed to be mentally prepared to wait for each book! And here’s the truth i though i was, but i’m hanging from a cliff right now, trying really hard not to fall, but i think it’s too late!
I fell in love with Syn, and i can't wait for her memories to come back (and some violence to be unleashed, as if we didn't have enough in this one, spoiler - we didn't).
This is a classic tale of was at a wrong time and place, but if we're being honest, maybe not so much, because this was bound to happen, and Syn was bound to meet our guys - Tristan, Hendrix and Constantine. Now i loved all three. Constantine was my favourite and not only mine), but Hendrix, damn, that love hate relationship? I'm just waiting for some hate s*x.
Get ready for twists and turns that will make you want to scream, rave and get utterly destroyed but yet another amazing book from Jennilynn!
