Also, why was this college??? they all acted like high school kids istg, I think I would’ve preferred that. The plot was okay, but again, everything felt just too fast and superficial and idk I was not a fan.

i got frustrated at the whole secrecy and Jimmy thing. The Jimmy thing was awful. I never want to read something with that again. Sophie was fine and Shep too. The conversations felt forced and weird at times. I liked the epilogue. And it had it sweet moments that had me smiling, but I definitely skimmed through most of the book....more

u see, this was my journey with the book: before first kiss: uhh i don’t see it (the connection) after first kiss: ohhh okay, im into this!!! second kiss and everything after: eeee not a fan, this hot&cold shit is tiring AS FUCK and useless lmao. The guy says “we’re casual”, but acts like he’s already married to her, bye
so yeah, idk after that second kiss it kinda went downhill for me, didn’t really cared about anyone in the conflict and it was just boring :/
i’m not a fan of billionaire/millionaire MC trope, just because it almost always seems unrealistic, I was hoping this was the exception as it is super hyped.
I did like a few things, like the whole park plot and the ideas and stuff, that was fun. The secondary characters were fine, kinda invisible but fine.
I was excited for the 2nd one because of the marriage of convenience trope, but i’m not sure i’m gonna read it.
