It did got a bit boring around the middle, but I enjoyed the cameos and the big shoutout to the Royal Elite series, it was a nice crossover with the mafia side ...more

sooo i was expecting more.
y’all hyped this series a lot and honestly the romance was meh. I liked Griffin and Winn individually, but because we were left out of their early physical relationship I didn’t really connect with them. Besides there isn’t really a lot of romantic scenes, it’s all pretty mundane and domestic but I didn’t love it because the build up of the couple just wasn’t there.
now the small town I loved. It really set the tone and it had great imagery. I felt there and I looooved that. Loved also that there were people living in it and not just “small town people”. We got to meet characters, which I love. The mystery was interesting too. I had suspicions and I had it correct so that was fun.
But because the romance was not the best, this wasn’t really all that great. There wasn’t really any excitement to see their happy ending, Im glad they have it, but like neeexttttt.
