What do you like best about Drift?

I appreciate the ease with which I can connect with visitors on our website who are in search of more information. Drift offers a direct and simple way to communicate with people interested in what we have to offer, enabling them to reach out to us quickly and with ease. What do you dislike about Drift?

What do you like best about Drift?

The feature I use most often is the site activity feature; it's easy to find accounts with high intent. Another feature I really like is Drift Video. It's a super seamless Chrome extension that lets me quickly record videos to stand out in prospecting, and I can track when they open or watch it to follow up and call them quickly. I can also set up a filter to include ONLY the accounts in my book and exclude any existing customer accounts, so I don't even see the customer accounts in my dashboard. What do you like best about Drift?

It helps save me so much time, makes my work easier, and allows me to get the results that I want. Their customer service is also great. Super helpful for anyone in sales. Super easy to use, i use it weekly. Theres lots of features and ways that you integrate it into your curent systems. I really like how easy it was to implement drift into my current workflow. What do you like best about Drift?

That it is an autonomous channel to bring in sales leads, it's a great building block for starting that relationship with the prospect and our company. It's very simple to use and the notifications we receive are fast and relevant. The customisation for the questions we can get the bot to ask prospects to qualify them before putting them in touch with a rep is really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

Sometimes i've seen in the chat log prospects get frustrated with the chat bot because it doesn't recognise their answers to the bot's questioning. For example asking for a UK mobile number and the potential lead puts in a number 07123456789 it wont recognise that unless its +447123456789 - and they've just left the chat after a few back and forth's with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drift?

I really enjoy using Drift because I can immediately tap into a conversation live with a prospect, as well as get notified about the accounts that are under my territory. This helps me calculate and strategize my outreach to individuals on an enterprise level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

The downsides of using Drift would have to be the notifications and dropping everything to be ready to tap into a prospect immediately. The only suggestion is maybe having a dialog box that automatically pops up when a conversation is started so I don't need to click into it on a browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

First, I noticed that despite being available on my profile on Drift, I was never routed to chat automatically, only later on i will get MQL if a person left an email with request to be contacted.

Second, The only time I received a Teams notification about a live conversation was when I manually joined it after noticing someone from my region trying to interact, so i do not get notifications when someone is online and trying to chat with sales, only if i notice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

no dislikes but it seems like others arent using it to connect with me too often. it would also be nice if the video/audio emails your easier to use or pushed more as a thing to use so that others actually clicked on them. I would also be nice if it came with some sort of app like instagram or something where i could put a filter on my background to make the videos and upload them and have people direct message me or find me.

Basically you need more marketing and to steal a few more ideas from several social media/business comperitors. I don't think people actually like all-in-one apps but it still helps to try an be one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drift?

Since deploying Drift on our site a few years ago, we've seen consistent YoY growth from this channel. It's easy for the SDR teams to use and there are frequent upgrades and new features that are available. The support team is also fantastic - they always respond within 24 hours. They do a great job listening to feedback about the platform and trying to incorporate fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

There are 2 huge dislikes at the moment:

1) The insane amount of bugs - at this point, I'm submitting ~1-2 support tickets a week. When they release new features, I make it a habit to wait a month or so before implementing because there is ALWAYS something wrong or broken with it

2) The analytics are as basic as they get. If you want a simple "how did my playbook perform in this time period", you can easily get that data. But for anything more complex, you are out of look. Especially regarding CAI, there is only 1 dashboard with ZERO ability to drilldown, making it virtually useless. Same with conversation flow boards...the UX is so poorly designed that they are impossible to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
