What do you like best about Drift?

What do you like best about Drift?

The most helpful thing about Drift is that it alerts you that a customer is attempting to chat even if you're not logged into the platform. Although, we do not utilize Drift daily, its a very valuable feature to have. What do you dislike about Drift?

Although Drift provides a lot of relevant information when entering into a conversation. I do not like that fact that I have to go and scroll through the conversation to look for the customers name. What do you like best about Drift?

Drift stands out for its ability to drive real-time engagement, enhance customer experiences, and ultimately boost conversions. Drift has been the highest contributor for SDR meetings at algolia. It also allows for meetings to be booked with minimal effort through fastlane.

Alongside this Drift is extremely easy to use. I use it on a daily bases and I can activate and deactivate in a matter of seconds. It is also extremely usefult that drift can work in the backround while I complete other daily tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

On some occasions their is poor quality of information provided by customers which makes it impossible to follow up after the interaction through drift. Alongside this, there can be a lot of spam from gmail accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drift?

Drift is a powerful tool that allows for real time interactions with customers who get on the webpage, allowing for quick exchange of information.

Drift's many upsides include direct integration with my availabilities as it is on Outlook, allowing the customers to quickly book a meeting with me on the website without back and forth's which lead to a better customer journey and a shorter sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Drift?

I can't think of too many downsides except for the volume of unqualified lead that are able to book a meeting. Sometimes I'd get leads with personal emails that are able to immediately book a meeting which turns out to be a time-suck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Drift?

What do you like best about Drift?

Drift makes scheduling meetings with clients in different time zones very easy. In addition, I save a significant amount of time by utilizing Drift to schedule group meetings. I highly recommend Drift as it makes things simple for me and my customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes my clients don't change the time zone to their own local time when scheduling meetings and this causes scheduling issues. Drift could make the time zone more obvious to avoid this issue. Other than that I haven't had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
