Support is sometimes lacking. While live chat has been implemented, expertise and responsiveness is not top-notch. Thankfully, the product documentation is extensive. I am familiar with building and editing websites in many formats and woocommerce makes it super easy to edit and adjust settings, edit pages, products, coupons etc, all on the back end with an easy to use graphic user interface. When pulling the analytics, there are sometimes that it is easier to use a plugin for particular organizations or multiple products etc. rather than relying on only the native analytics feature.
