Our time with Megu in Kanazawa was truly exceptional and a highlight of our trip. We had the pleasure of experiencing both a food tour and a half-day cultural tour with her, and both were outstanding. Megu has an incredible depth of knowledge and a warm, engaging way of sharing it that made each experience feel personal and memorable. During the food tour, Megu introduced us to local spots we never would have discovered on our own. She helped us understand regional specialties and guided us through how to order, making the experience approachable and enjoyable for our three-generation group. It was such a fun and delicious way to connect with the culture through food. The following day, Megu guided us through Kanazawa’s samurai district, beautiful gardens, and geisha district. Her storytelling brought each location to life, providing context that deepened our appreciation for the history and traditions of the area. The pacing was perfect, allowing time to explore, ask questions, and truly take in each setting. Megu is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing her culture. We left with a much richer understanding of Kanazawa and memories our family will cherish. We highly recommend touring with Megu — it was truly a 5-star experience.

Our private transfer from Takayama to Kanazawa with Ku, including a stop in Shirakawa-go, was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Ku was an excellent driver — professional, safe, and incredibly kind — making the journey feel comfortable and relaxed for our three-generation group. The visit to Shirakawa-go, the UNESCO-listed historic village, was a highlight of the day. Ku shared thoughtful insights and insider knowledge, guiding us on the best timing to visit each house and helping us avoid the busiest crowds so we could fully enjoy the beauty and history of the village. Her familiarity with the area allowed us to experience the destination in a much more meaningful way than we could have on our own. Throughout the day, Ku was attentive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. The transfer was seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free, allowing us to focus on taking in the scenery and making special memories together. We highly recommend Ku for anyone traveling between Takayama and Kanazawa, especially if visiting Shirakawa-go along the way. Truly a 5-star experience.

Our private cooking class in Takayama with Toma, Hisa, and Bob was one of the most memorable experiences of our entire trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us into their home with incredible warmth and hospitality, immediately making our multi-generational family feel comfortable and at ease. The experience went far beyond a typical cooking class — it was a meaningful cultural exchange. We prepared traditional dishes together while learning about local ingredients, customs, and daily life in Takayama. Toma, Hisa, and Bob were patient, engaging, and generous in sharing their knowledge, making the experience enjoyable for all three generations traveling with us. What made the experience especially unique was the setting itself. Their home is a cultural landmark, having been the birthplace of more than 6,000 babies over many generations, as their family served as obstetricians for the community for decades. Sitting together in their beautiful formal dining room to enjoy the meal we prepared felt incredibly special and personal. This experience created memories our family will treasure forever. If you are looking for an authentic, welcoming, and truly meaningful cultural experience in Japan, we highly recommend this cooking class. It was truly 5 stars.

Once again, the view from our room and balcony was awesome. Quite beautiful and luxurious.

This hotel was very nice. However, in comparison to Tabacon, the staff here really avoided us and were not that helpful nor kind. Often in entering the lobby, I felt like I was interrupting their day, and that they did not really want to assist us or offer any touristy information. I did leave a review of this and gave it to the front desk.

We had the honeymoon suite (been married 31 years!) but what an experience this room was. The balcony view of the volcano was simply amazing. The hotel offered everything we needed and more. Everyone was so knowledgeable and kind to us.

This tour was crowded with so many people. So many people on tours with guides, and our guide, unfortunately, did not really seem expert. He followed the other guides and seemed to just view from their perspective. He was very nice and energetic.

Very good experience and saw some monkeys and birds. I enjoyed going over the 5 bridges in the clouds. Unique experience.

Unfortunately, this guide did not speak English well and had a tendency to speak to just the one in front of the group. So we often had to ask him to repeat and say again...

Ziplining was FANTASTIC. THOSE GUYS REALLY EARN THEIR PAY. I simply loved this activity and so glad that I did the "freefall," too. Very knowledgeable and happy personnel.

Great hike. Our guide did not ensure that we all had water before we left for the hike, though. Thankfully, one of the hikers gave me a bottle of water.

Gorgeous boutique inn in beautiful Paraty. The hotel was quaint and beautifully kept. The location was perfect to enjoy either the beach or the stunning town.

I don't have many words to describe this hotel other than exceptional! Every part of this hotel, the staff, the rooms, the food (the FOOD!), and the experiences were exquisite. It was our favourite part of the holiday, bar none.

Perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Rio's beach scene, with easy access to both Copacabana and Ipanema! Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop pool area was incredible, the included breakfast was excellent, especially for kids, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This was, by far, the highlight of our family trip! We stayed at the Caiman lodge for 3 days and it was incredible in every way. Everything felt elevated: the food was exceptional, the service seamless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. What made the entire experience extra special, though, is that it's first and foremost a wildlife conservation area, and the commitment to conservation shines through in every part of the experience. The wildlife encounters were unforgettable, especially thanks to Luisa and Edson, our guides, who were both so incredibly friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. We were fortunate to see not one but two jaguars on our outings, and it will forever remain a core memory for our entire family. The variety of other wildlife we saw (macaws, capybaras, giant anteaters, tarantulas, etc.) went far beyond what we had hoped for. Honestly, we could have stayed much longer without hesitation. We were also able to attend a beautiful and memorable farm-to-table outdoor dinner one evening, which was another highlight of our stay at Caiman. Stunning presentation, delicious food, & live music all under a starlit sky was such a treat to experience. We would highly recommend visiting Caiman Lodge for a truly beautiful and unique experience in the Pantanal.

Of course, this is a must-see landmark! The sweeping panoramic views of Rio are incredible, and the statue itself is beautiful and iconic. Be mindful that the crowds are equally as impressive 😬. We had an amazing guide, Luiz, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the outing that much more enjoyable.

Our family had an incredible experience visiting Favela República in Tavares Bastos. The walking tour was not only informative but genuinely inspiring. It gave us a deeper understanding of the community, its history, and the vibrant culture that exists beyond the stereotypes. Seeing the iconic FIFA Street court in person was amazing for our kids, but what stood out most was the authenticity of the experience and the warmth of the locals who shared their stories with us. It was beautiful to see how the community is using tourism in a positive and meaningful way. The funds generated from these tours are helping create purposeful and impactful educational opportunities and support for local youth. We didn't even feel that is was so much a tour as it was a chance to connect, learn, and contribute to something bigger. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rio.

Amazing views and hospitality, we loved our stay!

This tour was amazing! Our guide was knowledgeable and we could tell he was passionate about the area and it's history. We learned so much extra history and it was an honor to stand on the beaches and visit the cemetery- our guide even made sure to time the tour so that we were able to experience the flag lowering cemetery at the Normandy American Cemetery. It was quite a special day.

AMAZING!!! This was our family's favorite activity- everything from the beautiful drive up the mountain to the soft landing in the park was more than we ever could have imagined! Our pilots were great- they let some of us float and did tricks and spins with our more adventurous kids.

This tour was amazing! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable- she was an archeologist so it felt like we were getting an extra history lesson with our tour!

The best way to see Rome and save your feet! We saw so many sights and learned so much history, our tour guide was great- funny and knowledgeable.

This is a larger Riad then others that we have stayed in. There were a lot of activities happening when we arrived. Upon checking in at all other riads we were warmly greeted and and had a nice welcome. No such warm welcome was made checking in to the Palais Sebban. It set the tone for our visit.

This place was absolutely amazing! It is very well appointed. The staff are incredible, a level of service that is way beyond expectations. The food is spectacular! From the welcome tea and cookies, through breakfast and dinner, the flavors and presentation were amazing. They were exceptionally accommodating for food preferences and made alternative dishes.

The staff at this Riad go above and beyond to be helpful and provide a lot of information. The rooms are very unique and well appointed.

Our guide was excellent and helped us to see and understand many things. A highlight was peeking inside a bakery where people bring their own mixed dough to be baked in a huge oven. Marrakech is a chaotic place. It is good to see it with someone who knows where they are going and why it is interesting to see certain things.

There was a lot to see on this very long ride. We stopped for lunch, which was ok. We skipped the movie studio. Our stops at the argan oil and rose oil places were more sales than informational. We did two very different kasbahs where we had excellent guides and learned about the history and architecture of the area.

The hike along a river bed (after a rain) was challenging. We loved it. The views were spectacular, the guide was helpful, and we exerted ourselves just right. We hiked on for lunch at a local home. It was a great experience.

An amazing experience not to be missed. The guides were great at assisting us if we got stuck. They provided a snowboard to try on the dunes. They took picture and videos. We enjoyed the adventure.

The camel ride and sunset were wonderful. The ride was long, with a couple of quick stops to see the monkeys and the fossil exhibit.

Sharif was quite knowledgeable and he paced the tour so we all could enjoy different aspects that interested us..

This was a hidden gem tucked away in Amboise. It was very clean and well appointed. We had plenty of space for our family of four. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The yard also looked beautiful. We all wished it had been a bit warmer to hand outside and use the pool.

This was a great fit for our family of four. We had plenty of space to relax and spread out. The swing set was a big hit with my son. We enjoyed the bar and breakfast too. It was in a great location – very close to the town center but also remote and quiet.

The bike tour of Versailles was an unexpected highlight of our trip! We did this on our last day of vacation, and I had reservations about spending so much time at Versailles. I am so glad we did it. The bike ride was a lot of fun and helped us feel active. Plus we got to see parts of the palace that we definitely would not have seen otherwise. Our guide was a lot of fun and gave us so much historic information. Marie Antionette's hamlet was spectacular. We got lost (in a good way) in her gardens and had so much fun. The farmers market in town was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We bought so much local food: cheese, fruit, meat and bread, and then enjoyed it in the palace gardens. I would highly recommend this activity.

This was a perfect wine tasting for our family of four. My husband and I wanted to experience at least one wine tasting, but since we travelled with our children we knew it would be hard. This was a great stop and scratched the wine-tasting itch. The guide was fun and knowledgeable and he kept our kids engaged as well.

Our day of exploring the D-Day sites was spectacular. This was the highlight of the trip for my 10 year old son and husband. However, my daughter and I also thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide, Manon, was very knowledgeable and made us have fun. She realized how much my son loved WWII and really talked to him about all the facts and history. The weather was spectacular, and because we visited in March the sites were not busy at all. We were able to explore bunkers, walk on the beach, and see some of the small towns. It was an emotional day but we all enjoyed it. I learned so much and have a greater respect for this part of history now.

We weren't sure we wanted to see another chapel after the Notre Dame, but are so happy we did. Audrey encouraged us to stop by this breathtaking church. It did not dissapoint! Sainte-Chapelle is absolutely breathtaking. It was also a quick visit.

The Louvre Treasure Hunt was a highlight of our trip! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kept our kids (ages 13 and 10) engaged the whole time. She realized how interested our kids were and spent extra time with them. The treasure hunt was a fun addition and helped keep the kids happy and focused. They even won a game at the end of the hunt. We were able to see all the BIG highlights of the museum in a good amount of time.

My whole family was a bit iffy about adding this on our first night, but it was perfect. It kept us awake after the long flight from America, but was also relaxing. We shared a glass of wine and juice and enjoyed the scenery. The sunset was incredible.

This was a perfect first day activity for our family. We all loved it more than expected. The weather was PERFECT. Our kids were blown away with the architecture and visiting the top floor. We only wish we had a little more time.

A solid 4-star option in St. Moritz. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and a grocery store. Breakfast is good and the staff is genuinely friendly. One unexpected perk — a free gym, which is rare for 4-star hotels in Switzerland. The rooms are modern and well renovated. One thing to be aware of: the building is older, and the hallways have quite a few steps up and down, so it may not be the best choice for those with accessibility needs.

This hotel checks every box. The location is fantastic — right in the center of town with a tram stop just outside the door that takes you directly to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels brand new, and the free breakfast is outstanding. Best spread we've seen. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Alan was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts about Switzerland. The tour included a stop at the Lindt chocolate factory followed by dinner on top of a mountain with a stunning view of Zurich. A great combination. My teenage son, who is generally hard to impress, genuinely enjoyed it — which says a lot. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. The staff, attention to detail, food and drinks as well as the location were perfect.

Felipe was a wonderful driver and wine expert. He was punctual and so knowledgeable and friendly. He made the drive time go by so fast. The two wineries were perfect.

the staff engagement was the best thing about the trip. Better time than we expected. Mateus and Constanza were especially great.

Quaint, but a little dated

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip… Located in the beautiful countryside… Surrounded by rice patties, and beautiful mountains… Very peaceful… Like having your own little home out in the Vietnamese country…

We had a beautiful sweet with a view of the old quarter of Henway… Centrally located… Fantastic staff… Great restaurants… We really enjoyed the experience… Would definitely return…

Because we had several hours before we departed, we were able to go to the train street and watch the train go by right next to us as we enjoyed some Vietnamese coffee

It was nice to have a day off to relax on our last full day in Vietnam…

This was our least favorite part of the trip

Although it was good to see Ha Long bay, this was our least favorite part of the entire trip

Seeing historical buildings and experiencing the beautiful lakes and grottos and temples was truly an experience of a lifetime

We did not explore rural villages near Hanoi… Instead, we did an in-depth exploration of the old quarter… Weaving in and out of small alleys and intimate courtyards… We even went to the black market, which was amazing and fun…

Hotel and rooms were nicely appointed and food was excellent. The only problem was the room was always full of mosquitoes. Not good.

The boat ride to the confluence of the rivers was an excellent way to start the day. I chose not to do the holy dip myself given the state of the water, but it was meaningful to be part of such a large group of pilgrims. The temples after the boat ride were even more interesting. Ending with a visit to the shivalaya park was very interesting and gave a broader sense for India as a whole.

This was a highlight of the trip for me. The samarak was away from the city and so was quiet and less crowded. It was an excellent place to meditate.

This was a great way to end the day, especially with a boat ride to return to the first ghat. The ceremony was crowded so seating was limited so it was good the guide got me there plenty early.

This day included a lot of walking through very narrow and crowded walkways between densely packed buildings. A fantastic experience. And the temple visit was handled very smoothly. All great.

This boat ride was an excellent way to start the day, particularly since it started near the place where the sunrise chanting was happening. Amazing. And the boat ride made it much easier to see the full range of ghats along the Ganges.

An excellent day. The guide was especially flexible and also worked very hard to ensure I had the best possible opportunities given his status as an official guide with Incredible India.

Close to Disney, nice big rooms nice clean hotel

Small rooms, the 2 single rooms are extremely small no place to even open up a suitcase. If booking this hotel definitely recommend booking larger rooms as we had to upgrade which ended up costing a lot more. Breakfast was ok.

Onga in Alta was absolutely wonderful. In such a cold and extreme environment, the hotel felt incredibly warm, cozy, and welcoming. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to stay in Northern Norway. What truly stood out was the staff — they genuinely go out of their way to accommodate guests and make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Their hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. A perfect stay and highly recommended!
