Tracy Lin launched Leafael Jewelry on Amazon in 2019 with a pencil sketch. Today her Birthstone Heart Necklace comes in 26 colors with nearly 30k reviews. Then she noticed something. Every October, customers were buying the pink crystal heart for loved ones fighting breast cancer. That changed what the work meant to her. Swipe through her story this Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Building a business is full of unexpected turns, lessons, and moments to celebrate. I’m excited to share some of that journey in Box by Box, a show on Amazon’s This Is Small Business YouTube channel. I loved chatting with Frankie Scanlon, Founder of Gustus Vitae. Through a tower-pulling game, we unpacked honest stories and insights for the next generation of builders. It was raw, fun, and full of real talk. Watch the full episode on YouTube, and don’t forget to subscribe! #ThisIsSmallBusiness #BoxByBox #Entrepreneurship #SmallBusiness #SupportSmallWithAmazon

$0 to $100K in six months. But that's not really where Pallavi Pande's story starts. It starts in India, where she grew up eating on banana leaves. Years later, hosting dinners in the US, she kept looking at the pile of waste left behind and couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a better way. So she built one. She called it Dtocs LLC. Tableware made from fallen palm leaves, handcrafted by women artisans in India, each piece molded and sanded by hand. When dinner's done, the plate goes into your garden and composts in 90 days. Right back to the earth it came from. The growth she's seen in the Amazon store hasn't just gone back into the business. It's funding scholarships and creating jobs for women. And it's teaching her daughters what she means when she says this: "Legacy is not something I leave behind. Legacy is something I live every day." Swipe through to see her full story.

Transparency helps stop counterfeits. Here's what the code shows you after the sale. Transparency is Amazon's product serialization service: each enrolled unit carries its own code, verified before it ships, so the authentic product reaches your customer. More than 90,000 brands have enrolled, 2.7 billion+ units have been verified, and one enrollment covers 10 countries. → batch or lot level insight: identify supply chain issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions with minimal disruption → returns, traced: see the lot numbers, facilities, and partners behind defective or returned products, and the customer comments that point to root causes → one performance report in the Transparency portal: units blocked for missing or invalid codes, scans where codes didn't match the enrolled product, and listing attempts rejected Amazon internal data, May 2026. 🔍 Learn how Transparency works: https://lnkd.in/ermN-eq5 ✅ Enroll your brand: https://lnkd.in/e8w-7u7F ➕ Follow Transparency by Amazon

When Amazon.co.za launched, Readers Warehouse was one of the sellers who came on board on day one. They did it the unglamorous way: start small, get familiar with the channel, use the tools, and list a single product well before adding the next one. "It all starts with that one product. Then you've got 10. Then 100. Next thing, a thousand." 🔔 That approach is still the advice their director gives sellers joining now, and it's why they ring the bell to the orders still coming through. Ready for more. Ready for growth. 🚀 If you're a South African business weighing up selling online, you can start with one product too.
