2. Daily check all the required checkpoints prior to mass production.
3. Submit this checklist to Manager after the checking of Supervisor once completely filled-up in a monthly basis.
4. If in doubt during checking, call the attention of Superior or Dept. Head and write down on the remarks the problem occur and action taken or provide necessary action if not yet been done.
