- My insights here for my personal assessment as I can see that development is higher than
strength which means that I need to improve more about my characteristics.

Reflection

How was your experience in discovering the strengths and the areas you need to develop? Did you
gain a valuable experience in exchanging insights with your classmates? To learn more and deepen
your understanding of PECs, do task 2 below.

- As you can see in my insights, now that I had already discovered the things I still need to
improve, and I realized that not everything I know, I can do, so there are still things to
pay attention to. I have gained valuable experiences with my classmates that I can
serves as a guide or can apply to develop the characteristics that I should have well, with
the help of them my ideas and information have increased.
