Hey y'all.
Sentinels' Split has been a staple of the 2024 meta, and even
though there's about to be a fairly strong Viper-nerf, we are
confident this Playbook will still work; especially for Premier!
The composition can still rely on a strong middle hold from Viper,
cycling smokes and her spit. Attack side relies on some cerebral
extremity-lurking from our Viper + Cypher but we've added quite a
few exec strats in-case we're getting shut-down.

OVERVIEW
Our Pistol relies on our Skye getting
information towards B whilst we try
to hold Mid and A. If we get good
information towards B then we can
start rotating across.

OVERVIEW
The core of the Default for this comp OMEN CAN OP HERE
is a strong middle hold with the Viper
(even after the nerf).
Every other agent will work around the
strong Viper's prescence; for instance
if we are struggling on B with Skye
in this setup then we can look to
strengthen it with the Switch setup
and play Cypher B.

Skye can dog out of B and

OVERVIEW
If we need to strengthen our B hold
(or our Skye isn't able to get much
information on B side of the map) then
we can switch the setup.
Omen can also be the switched agent,
but for this Playbook we'll keep it
simple with the Cypher!

map support.

OVERVIEW
Punish B Main is a bread-and-butter
aggro round designed to try to get us
a kill and valuable space. Call it at the
right moment and have a nice 5v4 to
play out.
The rest of the set up is optional
but Viper playing soft on Middle and
Cypher soft on A will be the most
common!

PUNISH MID 10
OVERVIEW
Punish Mid can be done in a few
different ways but the way we have
highlighted uses 4 players, with Cypher
set up B ready to retake. We can push
out middle to flank and/or flood the
site from heaven.

Retake B can be a crafty mixup idea
once we have punished the Attack on
B a few times; leave a Raze OP there
to try to soften them up for the retake
just incase but otherwise we hold
really strong towards Middle + B.

Viper Ult Mid is the classic Viper Ult
on Split, and we have the added luxury
of being able to play with a Cypher
trip; never has sitting still and doing
nothing been so powerful!

Our Raze Ult round is designed to try
to catch the Defence pre-retake; if
we get info on A then we stay to ult
(or even aggro ult if we are feeling it),
if not then we shift across and try to
find a good timing.

PISTOL – A PUSH 15
OVERVIEW
Our Pistol uses the strength of our
Viper Wall to scale A with minimal
utility and trade together.
Our comp isn't the best at bursting
out of A Main so we focus for ramp
control to enable a heaven split.

Mid Default is a bread-and-butter
strategy for our composition. Our
Mid Pressure allows for our extremity
lurkers (Viper + Cypher) to make
space.
In the mid-round, depending on what
space we have taken (B Main, Mid,
Ramp) we can try to make a plan to
finish out the round.

RAMP DEFAULT 18
OVERVIEW
Ramp Defaulting can be a good way
to alleviate pressure on Middle and
create difficult decisions for the
Defence's setup (especially towards
Mid/A Heaven).
This Defualt is a good one to test your
"ping-pong"; ping-ponging is when
one group takes contact first and it
lets the other group create space.
Sometimes this can be ramp first then
mid or vice versa!

Our Heaven Exec uses an explosive
double satchel onto the rafters
through A Main that is highly likely to
cathch off the Defender's on A.
A common play in professional play
that we can exploit for a free kill!

surprised by Raze satchel pathing
- We have struggled to Default
- A is weak

OVERVIEW
Our Fast A Exec is a bread-and-butter
Split round. Our comp isn't the best
at it but call it at the right time and it
can still be potent.
Double satchelling the ramp first
means we have more control for our
pre-and-post plant.

way to deny the choke

OVERVIEW
The closest A Exec we can get to
a Double Dive (Jett + Raze) is using
our Omen as a psedo-dive agent in
combination with the Cypher cage.
A cheat-code for being able to brute-
force our way through A main!

OVERVIEW
B Splits are a fairly common way for
Raze's to try to open up the round
with their ult. It gives us a lot of
middle control if they run away (and
the ability to still entry onto B!), or a
potential free kill on middle.
