HELLO! HAVEN - FNC YORU ISO

'ELLO T8RZ
Don't be fooled by the strange agents... FNATIC had a 7-0 record
this year on Haven, averaging 13-7. The comp is great AND you get
to play double duelist, why doesn't everyone just play it?

Defensively this compositions revolves around Yoru's ability to

both fast flood sites, but also mantain space on the map that no
other agent can; pushes deep on A and Middle will be common.

On Attack side we lack some of the execute support from

a Breach but we have two duelists to "go kill". The Attack can
played to brute-force with the duelists, but FNATIC plays it in
a more subtle, push-and-pull, strategic way.

Good luck!

OVERVIEW

We've stolen a pistol G2 ran with their

Yoru comp that involves faking the A STEP 1: FAKE A STEP 2: CONTACT C SPLIT
and using the Yoru's ability to fast TP
back to split the C Site. Sova has the
option to late lurk A once inserted.

This round could also be viable on a

gunround, especially if you're using
G2's system revolves around the Yoru
taking A control (see G2 Default).

"A" DEFAULT (1/2) 6

DEFAULTS

A classic default on Haven, using Iso's

undercut like a Breach stun. Our goal
here is to get control, and quickly
make a decision about our next steps;
unlike the Breach comp variations our
A Finish isn't quite as strong so we
cannot always bruteforce A.

WHEN TO CALL THIS:

- Antieco
- A is weak to a fast finish
- Defence overrotates to A,
opening C cancel options

ANTIECO VARIATION
- We don't smoke ourselves off,
as we have gun advantage

"A" DEFAULT – FINISHERS (2/2) 7

FINISHERS

As stated before, our A Exec here

isn't quite as strong as some other INTO A EXEC INTO CANCEL C INTO C SPLIT
compositions, so be careful brute
forcing into 3 players. If we suspect an
overrotation or a heavy stack, we can
quickly transition to C.

B is also an option (shown later in

document), but this requires a great
read from this default.

GARAGE DEFAULT (1/2) 8

DEFAULT

Althought slightly harder to play due to

its spread nature, the Garage Default
is very strong with our composition.
The goal is to figure out where feels
weak on the map, and finish elsewhere
with the power of Iso's entry. Our
primary goals are to remove sentinel
utility from garage (and escape) and
pressuring A, whilst we contain Mid+C.

WHEN TO CALL THIS:

G2 DEFAULT 10

OVERVIEW

The G2 Default is inspired by the way

G2 use their Yoru (despite using a very
different Viper composition). The idea
is that we can more aggressively take
control of A with the Yoru (who can
TP out if in trouble) whilst also taking
Garage.

It's possible to create a Playbook

system around this style of default
where we use the Yoru on A to fake
too (like the Pistol), but maybe for
another day!

WHEN TO CALL THIS: GARAGE TAKE

- We prefer / find more comfort - Use recon and undercut/smoke to take
with this Default than the "Garage garage. Don't force it if you can't! Kill sentinel

OMEN ULTS (FAKES) 11

OVERVIEW

Commonly Omen's might ult towards C SPLIT B EXEC

FAST C SPLIT 12

STRAT

We suggest the Fast C Split be

heavier towards garage for us to trade
effectively. Using drone is the safe
option, but you can also do the recon/
clone take. Omen can use TPs on C
Long to carefully position into cubby.
Cypher can lurk or join.

Note: FNATIC often do not run fast

strats with this composition, and play
the map more. Fast-strats are still
possible with a good read.

OVERVIEW

Here are a few considerations when

playing Cypher on C. Generally we FULL C SETUP STANDARD INFO SETUP GIFTED "A" TRIP
always want at least one trip on C
and then another trip can be used to
support our C setup, for info, or to
help A.

Cypher playing A is usually an edge-

case idea / gameplan idea, at higher
levels it is easily abusable. But if it
works for you then go ahead!

If we are confident they might come C, Cypher can Generally we want the trip in Garage for information, When Attackers have been abusing A we can give one
play with both trips. Make sure the setup makes it forces the Attackers to default Garage. If they start of our trips to the A side of the map to help with the

ISO + SOVA A CONTROL PAGE 18

OVERVIEW

Here are a few variations of the A

control using the undercut, sova shock ISO SEWERS ISO LONG ISO A LINK
and omen smoke combinations. We
have put the ones that make most
sense to use on each setup, but feel
free to deviate if it makes sense.

This is generally the most sound way to take A control If we have a read that we can fight or be more When Yoru is A or we want to play a very soft A
when Yoru isn't A. It doesn't force Iso to be too risky, aggressive towards Long then this is a possible appraoch, then Iso can use undercut from A-Link.

PISTOL: MID PUSH 19

OVERVIEW

We recommend using a Mid Push

pistol as we can react fast to the
extremity bombsites. We will take
duels at middle if they come, and be
in a position to flood or flank A/C.

DEFAULT

A common gameplan idea will be to

try to confirm A Control with the Yoru,
and then having the option to rotate
quickly (whether thats Sova leaving, or
a pre-set C-Side TP from Yoru).

This is a similar gameplan you'll see

Jett compositions run, but with Yoru
we are safer to stay aggressive, and we
have flooding options with our TP.

YORU A (HARD FIGHT) 22

OVERVIEW

The Hard Fight is an attempt to fully

shut-down the Attacks A Control. The
micro may have to change depending
on the team, but our recommendation
is generally sound. You can also have
Omen come sewers with paranoia, if
you want to risk 4A.

The second layer to this is that we

can quickly transition to 3C with Yoru
TP and Omen's rotation, if the Attack
reacts to our utility/fight.

DERKE GO KILL MID 23

OVERVIEW

Against some teams the "Derke Go

Kill Mid" may make more sense than
the Yoru A gameplans. The goal is to
create kill pressure at middle whilst
breaking the sentinel utility, putting
the Attacker's in an awkward position
to reclear middle or commit.

WHEN TO CALL THIS:

- We want to punish middle

ISO ULTS 26

OVERVIEW

Here are a couple of Iso Ult ideas; we GARAGE ULT SETUP "A" ULT SETUP
want to keep Attack on their toes with
where is safe or not to go.

On Haven we think it's important

to use them more proactively than
reactively (like on retakes) as Iso will
be a key part of our retakes, and we'd
like to get early picks.

WHEN TO CALL THIS:

- We have Iso Ult!

Omen listens for noise, Iso Ults off noise. Iso can ult if Yoru/Sova see enemies.
If Attack goes A, use it for flood. If nothing, get ready to ult for C (or B!)
If Attack goes B, use it for a pick.

SOVA ULT 27

about trying to ult rather than reacting
