The Lion and The Mouse

A mouse disturbed a lion while he was sleeping. The lion captured the mouse but forgave him when he promised to help him in the future. Later, the lion got caught in a hunter's trap and the mouse heard him asking for help. Despite his initial doubts, the mouse helped the lion by gnawing the rope that was trapping him. The lion learned that one should not underestimate others and that kindness is rewarded.

The lion and the mouse

Adaptation of Aesop's fable


Once upon a time, there was a lion that lived in the savannah. There

their days went by, calm and boring. The Sun warmed
so intensely, that almost every afternoon, after
eating, the lion would succumb to tremendous drowsiness and would lie down.
