Job Description
As an Operations Manager at VGP Play Kingdom in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient processes, and high standards of safety and service. You will oversee the daily operations of the arcade and gaming zones, coordinating across various teams such as ticketing, gaming, security, maintenance, and F&B to ensure seamless guest flow and operational efficiency. Developing and implementing SOPs for service quality, revenue tracking, and staff productivity will be a key responsibility. Monitoring budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs to achieve profitability targets will also fall under your purview.
