Role Overview:
You will be responsible for working on automation projects using technologies such as Re-Framework, SAPExcel, Web, Image, OCR, Citrix, and PDF. Your key responsibilities will include interfacing with stakeholders for architecture signoff, troubleshooting critical technical issues, training project teams in reusability and best practices, conducting peer reviews and walkthroughs, establishing technical frameworks, providing automation solutions, supporting pre-sale activities, evaluating RPA platforms, leading teams, and being flexible to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with stakeholders and obtain Architecture Signoff
- Troubleshoot and assist project teams in resolving critical technical issues
- Train project teams in adopting reusability and best practices
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs
- Conduct internal platform training programs
- Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements

Qualifications Required:
- BE/ B Tech./ MCA/ MSc./ BSc.
- 3 to 7 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Project and UiPath
- Project management experience in IT/Automation/RPA Projects
- Knowledgeable in RPA augmentation with other Digital technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- UiPath Certification (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of project execution methodologies including Agile
- Experience in client discussions and interfacing with senior management, business, IT, and architecture teams
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in UiPath with work experience in any of the languages: VBA, .Net, JS, VBS
- Hands-on experience in UiPath Architecture and infrastructure
