As a Floater/Field Sales Promoter at Gaymed Labs, your role will involve representing eye-care products such as Rinsol, Multisol+ at key pharmacy outlets in Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, conducting in-store demos, and ensuring brand visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit the assigned pharmacy stores on rotation. - Engage customers, explain product benefits, and conduct live demos. - Ensure proper product display and merchandising at each store. - Distribute promotional material and samples as per campaign plan. - Track daily footfall and customer activity. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 12 years of experience in sales (retail experience preferred). - Strong communication and customer interaction skills. - Confident, presentable, and proactive personality. - Comfortable with daily field visits within assigned zones. In this role, you should have a minimum of 12th pass education (Graduates preferred) and prior experience in pharmacy sales or retail outlets would be an added advantage.
